It was just another summer day in Plano, Texas and the blue hedgehog was just going about his day until when he returned to Selena's room, a voice said, "Sonic, I have something to tell you." "You do?" Sonic responded, "Yes, I'll just close the door and block it." She blocks the door. "So what is it that you wanna tell me" Sonic said, "I'm all ears."
"Well Sonic," Selena announced as she whispers in her husband's ear, "Uh-huh, mm-hmm" Sonic said, "What?" Selena finished whispering after Sonic said that, "What do you mean?" "Sonic the Hedgehog, please don't be mad at me, but... I'm pregnant."
"No way, seriously?"
"Yes, I hope you won't be mad at me."
"Sweetie, why would I be, I've always wanted to have children with you for a long time."
"So you're not mad, are you!"
"Nope, besides, you don't need to worry about all those nasty names I called you in the past."
"Yeah, that's my hubby!"
Sonic giggled as Selena hugged him tightly. "You're pregnant, Nina!" Her grandma called from the other room, Selena checked on her grandma, only to reveal a concerned look on her face, "You alright, mom?" "Yeah" her grandma responded, "I'm just not sure if you're meant to have a child when you have autism." "Evelyn" Sonic said encouraging Selena's grandma, "I know, you may think it's impossible for Selena to have a child, but here's what I'll do, since I married her, I made this vow to not leave her alone with her child when he or she is born, please, give me a chance and I'll help my wife through it all." "OK, I'm just concerned for her" her grandma responded. "Mom, it'll be OK" Selena comforted her grandma, "just think, 9 months from now, you will have either a great grandson or a great granddaughter." "OK, Sonic, please be sure she'll take good care of the baby." "Don't worry, Evelyn, I'll help her with whatever she needs to be a mother."
