Going back

After I left Gabe with my dad I decided to sit on the beach and just relax. Paul came out a while later and said that his head hurt. "Are you okay?" I asked hoping that it was nothing serious

" Yea it just hurts really bad." He said getting back up to leave. I quickly took his hand and lead him to the water. " What are you doing?" He asked a little confused.

" This." I got into the water and took his wrist. I summoned the water to heal him. I let him go when I transferred all his pain over to me and let it wash into the sea.

" How did you do that?" He was amazed and I couldn't help but smile.

" I healed you with the water." I explained to him how the process works then I told him to go back inside and get some sleep. I collapsed on the sand and layed my head back. I closed my eyes not realizing how tired I was.

My dream started off something like this: " Are you sure that he didn't end up killing them?" A familiar voice asked, it was deep and low but yet childish.

" Yes, that god Poseidon was there to stop it." Another voice said. The room was more like a dark and damp cave, and it stunk really bad, like a whole bunch of dead fish, and then like a huge heat wave hit. Now multiply that by like 5.

" Well what are we gonna do?" A female voice came out of the shadows. She looked really familiar.

" We are gonna take what he loves the most and tear him apart. PERCY JACKSON WILL PAY!!"The first voice yelled so loud. Then the dream changed and I was back into our little condo. Annabeth and Grover were talking about something pretty important from the scared face of Grover. Then my mom and Paul were sitting at the table just looking at each other drinking something.

" Do you think her okay, Paul?" My mom asked glancing towards the window.

" Yea, I mean he wasn't crying it anything when I went out." He replied as he took her hands into his to comfort her.

Dream ending

" Percy! Wake up!" A male voice said.

" Ten more minutes Paul." I said trying to ignore him. But this time he picked me up by my shirt and when my eyes adjusted to the lights I saw it was Grover.

" What?" I asked wiping my eyes. I could tell something was wrong from his expression.

" Percy... yo- your mom and Paul are gone." He said glancing back towards the condo. My heart sank into the lowest pit of hell.

" What do you mean gone?" I said trying to make sure that I heard him right.

" Your parents are gone, Percy." I shook my head and ran towards the house. I could feel the tears forming in my eyes. The house was torn apart, furniture flipped, dishes broke. I ran to their bedroom and saw Annabeth just standing there.

" Percy I-" She didn't get to finish her sentence because I fell to my knees and started crying into my hands realizing that my parents were indeed gone. I will find them, and tear apart who ever took them with my own hands.
