Chapter 1: Accepted Into Hope's Peak Academy

(Author's note: Hello you can call me Lies. This will be my first fanfiction and I will try to upload a chapter every week. No V3 characters since I still have to play Killing Harmony. English is not my first language so there will be some mistakes I guess. Hope you enjoy it!)

Y/N: your/reader's name
L/N: your/reader's last name
S/N: your/reader's sister's name (sorry if you don't have a sister in real life but I wanted to add her to the story, she will be inspired of myself)
H/C: your/reader's hair color

(Y/N POV):
It's a Friday night, you and your friends are hanging out at your house hoping to get accepted into Hope's Peak academy. Their names are: Kazuichi Soda and Leon Kuwata. You three are good friends since the 4th grade (at age 9/10).

Kazuichi was always into fixing machines, bicycles etc. So he hopes to become the Ultimate Mechanic.
Leon was always forced to play baseball, he didn't like it but he is really good at it even when he always skips the trainings. Leon liked music instead and wants to become the Ultimate Rockstar.

You always liked music and stories so you write song lyrics in your free time. Leon and you both have a liking for music. You are hoping to become the Ultimate songwriter. Some small musicians used a couple of your song lyrics in their songs. You think you deserve to be accepted into Hope's Peak Academy.

Leon, Kazuichi and you are sitting in your room, looking at the computer screen. Today was the day that the students of Hope's Peak Academy will be announced. From 8:00 pm will the announcement begin and it ends at 8:15 pm.
Kazuichi pointed at the screen "3,2,1 aaaand it's 8:00 pm guys!" You and Leon responded with an shout of excitement. "Oh boy oh boy oh boy, this is it guys! I'm so nervous!" Leon bites on his nails with a pale looking face. "Hey Leon did you eat too much pizza?" You joked, trying to cheer up your friend. "You are one to talk Y/N!" Leon pouted while pointing at the empty pizza boxes. "You just think that 3/4 of a pizza is already a lot! You skinny bastard!" You smirked while Leon gave you a smack with his fist on your arm.

"Guys please be quiet! This is important you know!" Kazuichi clicked a lot of times with the mouse on the refresh button of the website.
You stopped and looked at the screen, Leon did the same. There were already 5 students accepted into Hope's Peak Academy.
"Sayaka Maizono, the ultimate pop sensation. Wow that's cool! Right, Y/N?" Asked Leon to you since you both like music. "Y-yeah she is pretty cute" you replied to Leon.
"I know right!" Leon screamed with sparkles in his eyes.
"Ugh boring let's move on" Kazuichi scrolled and clicked on another student that is accepted.
"Sonia Nevermind, the Ultimate Princ- PRINCESS?! Wow there will be a beautiful Princess in the school! Now I definitely want to be accepted!"

When you heard, that you felt nervous. Maybe your talent wasn't that amazing.
"Wow look at that guy!" you looked at Leon, he pointed at a boy with a ridiculous hairstyle. He looked angry into the camera. "The Ultimate Bike Gang Leader, we shouldn't mess with him" you said and chuckled because of his hair.
"Wait are you laughing about his hairstyle? Your hair is just too lame!" Kazuichi teased you. He was right, my H/C hair is just a normal color. Kazuichi's and Leon's hair colors are really bright.

You guys looked at the other 2 students who got accepted. A dark looking boy who is the Ultimate Breeder and a girl who looked like a 10 year old who is the Ultimate Traditional Dancer.
Kazuichi refreshed once again and there were another 6 accepted students.
There was one girl who caught your attention. She had black hair with some white, blue and pink bangs. Three piercings near her mouth, a black with pink striped glove on her left arm, a bracelet on her right hand, a necklace, 3 rings on her left hand and a school uniform that looked punk. "Ibuki Mioda, the Ultimate Musician. Wow that's so cool!" You said loudly.
"Hehe do you have a crush on her Y/N?" Kazuichi smirked and Leon did some annoying kissing sounds with his mouth. "Guys stop, I can't say that for sure you know." You looked away and grabbed your cheeks. Your cheeks felt warm, you were clearly blushing. "Pfff whatever." Leon shrudded his shoulders and looked back at the screen.
The other 5 were: Kyoko Kirigiri the Ultimate Detective, Hifumi Yamada the Ultimate Fanfiction Maker, Nekomaru Nidai the Ultimate Team Manager, Yasuhiro Hagakure the Ultimate Clairvoyant and-
"WHAT?! S/N IS ALREADY ACCEPTED?!"
Leon and Kazuichi were looking at you. "Wow, which Ultimate is she? Asked Leon.
"The Ultimate Scientist, as expected from her."
"Wow geez, your lil sister is quite the smart ass." Kazuichi said and clicked on the refresh button again.
Bzzzt bzzzt!
That is your phone, you picked up and saw a message of your little sister.

S: Bro! I'm accepted into Hope's Peak Academy!
Y: Yeah I saw it, that's awesome!
S: How about you? Or Kazuichi and Leon?
Y: We are still waiting. None of us is accepted yet.
S: Oh okay. My friends Peko and Fuyuhiko are also not accepted yet.
Y: Okay then, good luck sis.
S: Thanks, you too bro!

You turned off your phone and stared at the screen again but Kazuichi cutted the silence with a scream.
"Y/N! LEON! I'M ACCEPTED AAAAH!!!"
Kazuichi jumped in the air of joy. You started jumping with him and gave him a big hug. Leon walked up to him and gave him a high-five. You wanted to celebrate it with him but Leon and you still aren't accepted.

Now you were the one who is clicking on the profiles of the students while Kazuichi laid down on your bed and shedded tears from happiness.
Leon suddenly started laughing. "Pfff wtf! Why is there an Ultimate Lucky Student?! He looks so lame!"
You saw a boy with light brown hair in some regular clothes. He looked quite small.
"Makoto Naegi, what a lucky bastard!"
You said while feeling a strange feeling in your body. It was the feeling of jealousy.

You thought this would be a fun night but you were so nervous. What if you aren't accepted? Will you have to go to some boring school with some people you don't know? Maybe Kazuichi's new friends will bully you and Leon because you aren't successful like his friends on Hope's Peak Academy.
"Hey Y/N are you alright?" Leon asked  while looking with a concerned face. You replied: "No, I'm not. I'm scared that I won't be accepted. How about you Leon?"
Leon also looked sad. "Yo, you don't have to worry alone. I also am afraid. But... We still will have each other right?"
Kazuichi came of the bed and walked up to you and Leon. "I will also support you guys! To be honest, you guys deserve it more than me."
Leon smacked Kazuichi.
"Don't say that Kazuichi! You also helped us with our broken stuff!
Kazuichi smiled.
"Don't give up yet! It isn't 8:15 yet!"
You looked at the clock and it said: 8:10 pm
"Okay, okay I will wait 5 more minutes then." You smiled a little and looked back at your computer screen.

Some other students and S/N friends, Peko Pekoyama and Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu got accepted.
8:12 pm
A scream of joy, it was Leon. "OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD I GOT ACCEPTED AS- the Ultimate Baseballer?! Of course, but I'm still happy!"
You wanted to give Leon a bro hug but Leon refused so you gave him a high-five. Leon isn't much of a hugger. Kazuichi also gave Leon a high-five.

You started to give up. The clock said: 8:14 pm.
And there were 3 seats left.
Kazuichi and Leon were giving you a lot of snacks to relax. You ate some and counted down

Aaaand it's 8:15 pm. I don't see myself. I'm sure that I'm not accepted."

You wanted to cry so bad. But you didn't do it because you wanted to be happy for your friends and your little sister. You got of the chair and walked to the door of your bedroom.
"I-I will use the toilet, I will be right back."
Leon runned to the door and started blocking it. "Nope nope nope! I'm not letting you! Right Kazuichi?"
Kazuichi was sitting in front of the computer screen.
"Yup I still have to do something so you have to wait!"
"Guys stop! It's over okay! I'm not accepted! Let me go so I can use the toile-"

*CLICK!*

You stopped defending and looked at Kazuichi.
He used the refresh button for the 100th time or something.
"Behold the magic refresh button!"
Leon pushed you to the desk were Kazuichi was sitting with your computer.
"No! Guy-"
Kazuichi and Leon cutted you off with a loud scream.
"Oooh Y/N! I see someone familiar!"
Kazuichi smiled.
"Mmm let me see. Y/N L/N THE ULTIMATE SONGWRITER!"
Ugh does Leon wants to make my ears bleed or something?

But they were right....
YES THEY ARE RIGHT!
I'M ACCEPTED AS THE ULTIMATE SONGWRITER!
You also started to scream and jumped a lot of times in the air.
Kazuichi and Leon joined you.
Kazuichi hugged you and gave you the - I was right, never give up dude!-look. You rolled with your eyes and smiled.
Leon came to you and gave you a hug. Wait what?!
"Ugh just this once okay?" Leon stucked out his tongue with a smile.

Kazuichi and Leon were staying at your house the whole weekend. You played games, danced, buyed a lot of snacks and talked about the other students who got accepted into Hope's Peak Academy.
Your parents and sister gave you a "Congratulations!"
You also got some messages of your sister's friends and the other members of your family who also gave you a "Congratulations!".

It's Sunday night. You said goodbye to Kazuichi and Leon. You brushed your teeth, putted on your pyjama's and jumped into bed. You couldn't be more happier than this. You, your friends and your little sister are accepted into Hope's Peak Academy!!!
You slowly started to fall asleep. The next day will be your introduction to Hope's Peak Academy!
