Chapter: 1 A Sea Monster

"Where to now Nami?" asked Luffy, the crew's captain.

"The long pose points north..." replied Nami, the crew's navigator.

"TO THE NORTH WE GOOOO!!!" he replied "ouch!"

"How can you say that so happily?" Sanji, the crew's cook asked after he kicked him in the stomach. "We just left Vivi!"

"Cuz we're going to the next island you idiot" Luffy stretched his arm and hit him back.

That's when Nami hit them both on the head and said "shut up! Both of you. Luffy your our captain you should have made her come, whatever it took"

"At Least we got Robin" he said.

"I still don't trust her" muttered Zolo, the swordsman with his arms crossed.

"Let's sail!" shouted Luffy and jumped in the air "Chopper, turn the ship"

"On it!" chopper, the crew's doctor said and ran to get the rope

"A little help" said Usopp,a crew mate with a slingshot who was trying to fix the merry go (ship's name) "hey where'd Zolo go?"

They all turned to see him leaning against the side of the ship snoring, as usual.

They all sailed North!

About an hour later they found themselves in a thunderstorm. 

Chopper, who was using his binoculars Yelled down from the crow's nest "Guys I saw something!" he looked again "it's coming towards us!" he ran down scared.

"What is it?" Luffy took the binoculars from him and looked around with it "I don't see anything"

"I swear I saw something" he said "it looked human"

And suddenly the ship stopped.

"Nami!" Luffy called, She was the one steering the ship "Why did you stop the ship?"

No reply.

"Nami?" he called again. But no one replied so he went to the front of the ship and found her with eyes as big as saucers staring at the water in front of the ship, Completely zoned out.

"Yo, Nami!" he waves his hand in front of her face "heloooo?!?!"

And then she finally gained consciousness. She rubbed her head and said "What happened? My head hurts."

"Huh?..." Luffy said, confused "you..just...uhh"

Nami whacked him on the head "I just what?"

"You were completely zoned out and you stopped the ship" he said rubbing his head now. "Don't you remember?"

"Oh yeah." she realized "I saw something in the water and I froze"

"Really?" he asked waking towards the front and peering in the water "that's what chopper said....aaaaaaaaaaah!!!"

"What?" Nami asked "What is it?"

"A sea monster...:" he stammered

Nami joined him and peered into the water "I don't see anything"

"There was something blue..." a girl with blonde hair wavy blonde hair wearing a blue dress jumped out of the water as he said that and held on to a log floating in the water, gasping for breathe.

"Quick hoist her up" Luffy said as chopper came and threw the girl a floating tube for her to come up

And the pulled her up.
