Quirk name: Salivia

Description:
-Using an IV-like extraction method with teeth that have the ability to both ingest blood from the human body while excreting a paralytic toxin, rendering their victim helpless and unable to move. The length of time paralyzed depends on the amount of toxin injected into the victims body.

-Using Their saliva like a disinfectant, they can heal the wounded. Depending on how bad the wound is depends on how fast it heals

Drawbacks:
• The effects of the paralytic toxin are not permanent.

• There are certain blood types that render them unable to ingest food for several days, making it difficult for them to fight.

• They can not heal themselves

• They cannot heal diseases

I personally think that they would be bullied for having a 'villans quirk'. Or something like that. Maybe someone in their family is a doctor or nurse and takes Their saliva into the hospital or wherever to heal their patient.
