6:45am Friday morning, the sound of my phone alarm ringing in my ear. The sunlight peaking through my bedroom window, as I lay there not wanting to move. 7:00am approaching by the time I roll out of bed, falling onto my bedroom floor letting out a faint sigh as I crawl towards my bathroom floor. "Nobody should see this time of the morning, it should be illegal" I moan as the cold water from the shower hits my skin, sending shivers down my spine, making the hairs on my arms stand up. "Colddddd" I scream, turning the dial up to red making the cold water turn hot. The dramatic change of temperature soon wakes up my body, making it finally ready to function with my brain. 8:00am, sitting at the dining table enjoying my cup of tea and chocolate croissant, the croissant being curtesy of the best coffee shop in town. Before I know it, 8:30am hits, which means it's time to leave the house and allow the working day to commence.

"Hi Emma, can I get the usual please?"
"Plain croissant and a flat white to go! No problem Eddy, it'll be with you in no time" I smile.
Remember the best coffee shop in town that I mentioned before? Welcome to Coffee Empire, owned by yours truly. Yes, I know I could be biased, but I'm not. If you would have told me 4 years ago, that by the age of 24 I would be a successful business owner, I would have laughed in your face. I thought I had it all 4 years ago, I had what I thought was the perfect boyfriend, and what I thought was the perfect job. That was until he left me for another woman and I lost my job, all in the space of an hour, to make matters worse it was on my 20th birthday. The break up hit me hard, as he was all I had known for 5 years, I thought he would be the father of my children, and the guy I would marry. The first year of the break up was messy, I had just turned 21. I was drinking and smoking, going off the rails, I didn't know who I was or what my purpose was. I turned 22 and decided I would turn my life around, get back on track and make something of myself. Now I'm 24, I own my own business, I have my own flat, my own car, all that I've achieved with nobody's help but my own. I have a great group of friends, and I've never been happier. Whoever said that you need a man to be happy, was a liar.

4:00pm as I sit there cashing up the till ready to end my working day, the shop door flies open and my best friends Olivia and Chelsea come running in.
"Emma, Emma guess what" Chelsea screams.
"Wait, before we tell you, what are you doing tomorrow night?" Olivia ask.
"I actually have a date tomorrow" I smirk at them both.
"Wait, what? Oh my god! With who?"
"Netflix" I laugh back at them
"That's not funny" Chelsea says whilst rolling her eyes.
"Yeah, not cool Emma. We got excited! We thought you was finally ready to date again" said Olivia
"I don't need a man to be happy" I hiss back at them
The shop goes silent for a minute, as we all stare at each other not knowing what to say.
"Anyway! We have exciting news" Chelsea says breaking the ice.
"WE WON TICKETS TO SEE THE SCRIPT TOMORROW NIGHT" they both shout excitedly.
"Wait, is that them guys you always listen to?" I say looking confused
"Yes!!!!" Chelsea screams back at me
"And you are coming with us!" Olivia says.

Saturday morning, was different to normal as I don't have to get up for work, we close on the weekends. It was 10:00am and I was still in my pjs, curled up in bed watching Netflix. My phone flashes briefly, notifying me that I have three missed calls. I check, to see that two were from Chelsea, and one from Olivia. It wasn't that I was ignoring them, it's just I know that they will try to convince me to go with them tonight to see that boyband they are obsessed with. Honestly whenever we are together, their songs are all they listen to, and they do nothing but talk about them as if they knew them personally, I've never really understood the obsession with boybands. The credits begin to roll, as I finish the series I have been watching, when my bedroom door slams open, I look up from the television to be greeted by Olivia and Chelsea.
"So you ignore our phone calls, and all you are doing is watching the credits on Netflix?" Olivia laughs
"Yeah, I love to watch the credits of tv shows in my spare time" I laugh
"Girl, what are you still doing in your pjs? We have a concert to be getting ready for" Chelsea says dramatically.
"You mean, you two have a concert to be getting ready for"
"Stop being such a spoil sport" Chelsea says whilst pouting at me.
Like I mentioned before, I'm just not interested in boybands and a concert just doesn't sound like my cup of tea. I would much rather a quiet night in and take out pizza.
"Come on Emma, it's been ages since the three of us have been out together! We are always too busy working, we never make time for each other anymore" Olivia says giving me the puppy dog eyes, she knows they work on me every time.
"Fine" I say rolling my eyes.
I dragged myself out of bed, making a big ole huff and puff about it.
"Don't expect me to be excited about this, or to have fun, because I'm going to be a big grump, and you will both regret making me come with" I laugh making my way towards the bathroom to get ready.

6:30pm we finally get let into the arena, my gosh I didn't expect this band to be as popular as they are. We headed towards our seats, the arena filled quicker than you could blink, not one empty seat, not one bit of floor space. I look to my right where Chelsea and Olivia sit, the excited screams coming from the pair of them. I must admit, seeing my two best friends this happy, makes my heart feel warm. 6:45pm the arena starts to echo with screams, as four lads enter the stage, I look at the girls who are smiling excitedly.
"Is that them?" I say
Both of them roar with laughter as they stare at me.
"No, that's their support act!" Chelsea giggles.
I roll my eyes and laugh with them, how am I suppose to know what they look like? I just about listen to their songs, let alone know what they look like. I must admit, I do like the atmosphere of a concert, although the main act hasn't came on yet.
"I'm just going to the toilet" I say
"Okay, but don't be long, you'll miss the concert" Olivia smiles, barely taking her eyes of the stage.
I nod at her as I get up from my seat, squeezing through the crowd to get out of the doors. I push the double doors, that leads me into the hallway, when all of a sudden it's gone from being extremely loud, to extremely quite. I stand against the wall for a minute, taking in the silence, as I grab my phone to see what is happening in the world of social media. Heading towards the toilets, with my eyes glued to my phone, the vibrations of the music bursting through to the halls. Before I know it, I've crashed into someone, my phone flying out of my hands and landing in the hands of this random man. I look up from where my phone was sitting, to see this really tall, dark brown haired man staring at me holding my phone.
"I think this belongs to you" he says with this strong Irish accent, handing me back my phone.
"Thank you, I'm so sorry that I didn't look where I was going" I say
"Don't worry about it, happens to the most of us" he says smiling at me.
We both stare at each other for what feels like eternity. For the first time in forever, I was speechless.
"I best get going, or the boys will be wondering where I am" he says not breaking eye contact
"Yeah me too, or they will be wondering where I am - not your friends, my friends I mean" I say making a complete fool out of myself.
He laughs at me and my god was it the most contagious and beautiful laugh, I have ever heard.
"Well, take care of yourself, try not bumping into any more men" he laughs
"I'll try" I say
He winks at me, as he walks past me disappearing into the distance. I don't know what the hell just happened, but I liked the way it made me feel.

11:00pm the concert just finished, I'm surprised at how much I enjoyed it. After watching them live, I think I finally understand why the girls like these guys so much. The songs, the voices, the instruments, the atmosphere, all of it was amazing.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Olivia winks
"Oh you bet that I am" Chelsea laughs
"What are you both thinking?" I say looking at them confused.
"Waiting to see if we can meet them, of course" Chelsea says.
"You've got to be kidding me?" I moan
"Please Em, it's our dream to meet them" she says
"Okay fine, but can we please go for some drinks after?" I smile.
"Of course we can!" They both say at the same time.
We stand outside the busy arena, hoping that they will come out, seems like we weren't the only ones with this idea. The whole of the arena was full of fans hoping to see them, the majority of them still singing songs from the concert. Shortly after standing there, the arena doors open, and the three lads from the show are stood there, screams echo from around me.
"Danny, Danny, Danny" girls are screaming
"Glen, over here" a girl screams
"Mark, picture please" another girl screams.
I didn't know how to take this, it was not something I was used to, all the screaming and excited people waiting to see them. The lads walk towards us being stopped in their tracks by fans, as they approach us I step aside to let the girls greet them, as they are the ones who want to see them.
"Hey! How are you?" One of them says
Chelsea and Olivia stand there speechless, mouths open as they stand in front of the guys they've loved and supported for so long. I give it 5 minutes and make my way over to the girls.
"Oh wow, hello there girl who drops her phone" that familiar Irish accent says
"Wait, you two have met?" Olivia says
"Briefly" I say
"Yeah, we ran into each other earlier" he says
"Oh my god, I think I'm going to faint" Chelsea says
Him, and the two other guys laugh
"Well it's been lovely speaking to you, but we better get going" they say
"Nice to see you again, Emma" the tall guy says.
Seriously how can someone be that handsome? The boys jump into their car, waving at us as they drive away, the window rolls down as he winks whilst they slowly drive past us. Handsome and cocky.
"Emma, you don't understand how lucky you are" Olivia says
"Why?" I say looking confused
"Because he is the most handsomest man that ever walked the planet" Chelsea screams
"He is the Danny O'Donoghue!!!!" They both day
