Old Man Squidward

Chapter 1:

It was a quiet morning in Bikini Bottom 

Squidward woke up with a big grin on his face, happy to celebrate Sunday, the only day of the week, alone.

Meanwhile, SpongeBob was spending his day off with Patrick at the jellyfish fields, away from him and giving him the peace of mind he needs.

Squidward got out of his bed, excitedly.

"Can it be?" he wondered as he ran outside to check to see if his annoying neighbors are still gone.

When the coast was clear, he jumped for joy.

"Yes! I'm free! Nothing's going to stop my perfect day. I think I'll take my boat to the grocery store and start my morning off by making a delicious homemade casserole." Squidward said as he ran upstairs to change into his clothes.

30 minutes later, he got into his boat and drove to a nearby grocery store in town called Barg'N-Mart.

He started searching for a parking spot, but unfortunately, the parking lot was almost full with only a few spots available for any fish to park.

The only good legal spots for Squidward to place his boat were way in the back.

Feeling lazy, Squidward decides to park in a handifishcap spot that was in front of the store, knowing that a poor old fish could've used it.

Coincidentally, an older gentle fish with gray saggy skin and a green outfit was looking for that same spot to park his old rig with a wheelchair in the trunk who was right behind Squidward.

"Hey sonny! Find another place to park, I need this spot!" the old fish hollered, muffled from the loss of his teeth.

"Haha! Sorry old man. Finders keepers. This is my spot now!" Squidward said with his nose in the air.

"If you don't move your car sonny, you're going to get what's coming to you!" the old fish warned.

"Oh what are you going to do? Call the police on me? Haha" Squidward laughed ironically just as a police fish car pulled over on the side of lot.

The fish policemen got out of the car with one, who was orange named John, writing him a ticket and placing it on his nose.

"What? Hey officer! What's this?" Squidward complained as he points at the ticket.

"Violating the law of parking in a handifishcap spot. That is unless you could show proof that you are a disabled fish citizen. Are you a disabled fishmen?" Officer John asked rhetorically.

"Ha! are you kidding me John, he doesn't even have a wheelchair!" the other police fish who was female and purple named Nancy pointed out as she got out of the police boat.

"Yes I do! Uh..." Squidward said frantically as he tries to grab a nearby wheelchair.

"Hey!" the old fish yelled as Squidward took his wheelchair.

"..Uh...see! See!" Squidward said as he tries to imitate as an old fish but fails when the old man snatches the wheelchair from him.

"Gimme that!" the old fish said as he bangs his head with a cane.

"Nice try Squid jerk! You are hereby sentenced to 50 hours at Shady Shoals Rest home where you can at least treat the elderly with some respect!" Officer Nancy yelled.

"Good job partner but, we got to get a move on. We just got a call that some low life fish parked his car by a parking meter and refused to pay the meter." the orange cop fish announced.
