The blond sat in the classroom, the chair beside him absent and the feeling of the other empty

He didn't feel like being here either today, the dreading feeling building up in him as he sighed against his palm, his chin resting against it

It was one of those days, those days that kept bringing him down when he was feeling his best

Those days that didn't want him to smile, or feel safe. He hated them, with all his heart he really hated the way they made him feel

He couldn't handle them at all because memories came back and things he wish he could just forget for a moment kept coming back

Even when everything was blank, when he couldn't see a thing the memories were the only thing that he could see as clear as glass

He felt his own hand running up and down his thigh, shaking slightly as he thought and found himself remembering the accident

That day that everything changed, that everything he ever loved was taken from him

His leg wouldn't stop bouncing under the table, and his breath was caught up in his throat as the sound of the teachers voice running the classroom left his ears in a mumble

The bell rang, and his feet ran out of the classroom. His stick almost falling from his grip as he loosely held on to it with his shaky fingers

When reaching the bathroom, the familiar bathroom, the only place he could let go in this school

Once the door slammed behind him in the stall he slowly and finnaly could fall to the floor. Feeling exhausted of holding himself up when the accident kept pushing him down

He could see it, the way his mother reached back in the car the last moment to do something that she knew she couldn't

Because it was to late, when his father turned the car to crash into the tree. Not only did his father take his sight but he took his mother along. And his mother was more precious than loosing the ability to ever see again

He would never forgive his father and the way he killed his mother for an argument in the car. He was so young and didn't understand a thing. But one thing he understood was that that wasn't on accident. His father did it

A long holded tear fell down his cold cheek, before a sob left his lips when he buried his head in his palms, crying to himself

"I miss you mom.."

He sobbed, his voice shaking as he buried his head further into his hands, losing himself in the moment

He could remember everything about her, and sometimes he wished he couldn't because that only dug him deeper

He remembered her hold and how she told him that everything will be okay when the arguments in the house got bigger

He couldn't forget her, because she taught him everything. She just didn't taught him how to live without her. The tears kept falling down his tears tainted cheeks, but he didn't stop them

Because he knew that once they start they wouldn't stop and the events that kept playing in his head wouldn't stop either

So he sat there, his head buried now in his knees as his stick laid helplessly beside him as he kept silently crying to himself in the bathroom stall
