Chapter 3: Rematch

As Kukan is leaving the school, he notices a notebook fall out from a window. The notebook is charred, but Kukan instantly knew it belonged to Izuku. Kukan then walks to the notebook, teleporting right under it. It was already charred, no way in hell did it also have to be soaked.

Lifting his arm up, Kukan catches the notebook, and sits down on the pond ledge, waiting for Izuku to appear. Which Izuku does soon after, Kukan didn't even have to wait any longer than five minutes.

When Izuku appears in front of him, Kukan playfully says, "You should keep a better hold of your things."

Izuku replies, "Tell that to Kacchan."

Kukan smiles, and then says, "Well, if he does anything to you, I'll teleport his socks off. All though, I wouldn't put it past him, if he is a Tsundere, and that he actually cares for you."

Kukan then laughs it off, as Izuku gains a blush, which makes Kukan laugh harder. And as Izuku stutters through a response, Kukan says, "It's just a joke, Izu. Just a joke. Don't overthink it."

Izuku just replies, "That's mean, Kukan."

Kukan just ignores Izuku, as they walk under an overpass. And as the duo walks past a grate, it flies from the ground, Kukan quickly spins around, to see the Sludge once more. Subtly lifting his pants leg, Kukan grabs the knife, folding it open. The Sludge Villain says, "Look at this... Two medium costumes. Which one to wear, though?"

The Sludge then leaps into an attack, shooting a tendril each, at the two boys. While the attack was quick, Kukan is quicker. Right before the tendrils could attack them, Kukan grabs onto Izuku, and disappears.

Reappearing behind the Sludge, Kukan quickly spins around, and in mid jump, slashes through the Sludge's body. He then turns his body, lashing out with a kick to the Sludge's blinded eye. All Izuku could do is watch, as the Villain screams out in pain.

Izuku is frozen in shock, as he hears an all too familiar voice, who says, "Do not fear. Why? Because, I am here!"

Izuku thinks, "All Might?"

The voice, now known as the "Symbol of Peace", and the Number 1 Hero, All Might pulls his fist back. All Might then throws a punch in order to create wind pressure in order to blow the Sludge away.

All Might is a very large man with an equally-muscular and well-defined physique, his design resembling the appearance of an average western comic book superhero. He has short blond hair, swept backwards, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side, which often casts a dark shadow over his face, hiding everything but his bright blue eyes.

Meanwhile, Kukan quickly flies away with the Villain, so he uses his Quirk, and disappears. Reappearing next to Izuku, Kukan gently smacks Izuku on the back pushing him forward, closer to his Idol.

As Izuku stumbles towards All Might, the Hero turns to the boys, and says, "I'm sorry that my heroics got you two in harm's way."

Izuku then holds up his notebook, and asks, "Could you sign my notebook? Also... Also..."

All Might gently takes the notebook, skimming through it. As he does, he thinks, 'Shit! These notes are really detailed.' Finding an empty page, he signs it. He then says, "Not to rush you, but I am a busy man, so if you want to ask another question, please do it in a timely manner."

Izuku then blurts out, "Could I be a Hero without a Quirk?"

Kukan hoped this would go well. It has been Izuku's dream to be a hero, since he knew what a hero was. Ido knew that if All Might said 'no', Izuku would be crushed.
