Sure I wanted to help barley and ian see their father but then again why did I AGREE??? I'm just their friend. Okay MAYBE I know a lot about their family because I've been their friend since were a few months old but why!? Not to mention I'm looking down onto straight death! A bottomless friggen PIT!? Uhh.. how do we get this bridge down.
"Oh! I got it!" I pulled out my staff and prepared to do some simple magic.
"Aloft elevar!" Okay now- wait why didnt it work? I heard barely snicker.
"Dude magic like that only works with like a 20 meter radius-" as he laughedb and said I needed to use a different spell.
"Barely we needa get to the dang gem what spell does he needa use!?" Y/n pitches in to get things done.
"You need to use a bridge spell and chant 'invisia brievar'" barley says. So I did.
"Okay now what?" I asked.
What you never know the bridge will be there unless you step on it" he says.
"Step on what??" I ask motioning to the empty bridge.
"You'll never know the bridge is there until you believe it's there~.." barely says.
"Well atleast tie me to something!" I say.
So we did.
"Okay now try to walk." Barely says. I put my foot down and,
"AHH- oh God I'm gonna die- im dead im dead- my life is over" I say as I got pulled up.
" you gotta believe it's there bro" barely says. I sighed.
"Okay.." I stepped again and it worked!
"It worked! It worked!" We all cheered"
until I took the next step and almost fell.
"Believe with every step." Barely explains.
I walked and I walked.
"You still,got that rope?" I asked.
"Uh a-year but just dont look back okay?" Barely asked.
"Yea just keep going!" Y/n said.
So I did. And i played a little, but the rope was there, so I was fine.

Oh my god the rope fell off-

We chanted to keep going and not to look back. Then he started playing around.
My heart stopped.
"Uh j-just get to the end okay?" Barely prayed wiping his tears.
"This last steps for yo-" he looked back and fell. He caught the side but still fell.
"IAN!" I jumped out and pushed my legs off the side to get to him. I grabbed his staff.
"Aloft elevar!" I chanted as he began to float. I clawed the wall and climbed up. Ian pled the lever in shock and barely drove to us.
"You can do magic too..?" Ian and barley said in sync.
"I-I didnt know I could I just-" I got cut off barely hugging me half to death.
"Thank you thank you thank you for saving my brother!!!" He praised.
"Barely get off of her" ian said still a little shocked. He walked over to the van and checked on the bottom half of their dad.
"Thank you.." ian looked to his side. Bitches always gotta be SO DAMN ADORABLE-
"Its nothing..." I said as nervous as him.
"Why did you do it?" Ian asked.
"Do what? Save you? Why wouldnt i?" I said trying not to say I liked him.

"I do." I knew what he was trying to ask.
"Really?" He asked, praying if wasnt a joke.
