Chapter 6

It was Monday morning and we get a surprise test, but as I always say it is good to study, so when situation, pop up like this, we are prepared, our teacher didn't tell us she was going to surprise us with a test, to see who really is learning, most of us did our best while other grumble.

Latoya wasn't doing business studies, so we weren't in the same department, but I still help her when I can.

The week run so fast, until it was Friday Evening when Latoya and I when to Marlon Restaurant off Dorm campus to have something different to eat when I bumped into Alex, who was heading to the counter, I apologise and walked to a nearby seat and Latoya and I sit and a waitress comes over, greeted us and asked us what we want to have"

The menus were already place on the table, so we went right through them and then order, which she take.

"I will be right back with your orders Ladies" she said.

We just nodded our head and smile.

Alex (POV)

I was a little Puzzled, why would Kerry come in the restaurant and not even greet me, I wonder what did I do wrong, I walk back to my table and cried excuse to my business associate and walked over to her table, where she is dining.

"Hi Kerry how are you" I greet her, she ignored me and continued talking to her friend.

I pulled out a chair and sit beside her, she stop talking and said.

"Sir Can I help you"

"Yes you can why the rash attitude towards me, did I do you something wrong?" I asked.

"Sorry but I don't involve with Married man, so please remove yourself from my table, before we leave you to occupied the table" she replied.

Well I was shock at, hearing this, so it goes for me , no way to lied now.

"How you know that I was married?" I asked.

She shake her head at me.

"Why are you man, hell and bent of making people life miserable, I told you to go, but here you are, still trying to make a conversation with me, well I saw you other day with your wife in the mall, buying things, OK, satisfied" she said.

"Ohk why did you come over and greet me?" I asked.

"Do I look stupid to you, why would I do that, to allow a woman to trample all over me, hell no" she said.

"I am sorry to disturbed you and I am get a divorce anyways, so if you want to talk to me, we will bumped into each other a next time" I said and walked away.

Kerry (POV)

The waitress finally come with our meal and I was about to eat my meal, Latoya, started with her questions.

"So you was with a married man?"

"No we just talked and then I almost fall for him" I replied.

"And then back at school you were judging me" she said

"Latoya could you allow me to eat my cheese burger and drink my smoothies and sorry if I tell you about your so call flirt" I said.

"Sure" she said.

We eat our meal, she paid the bill and then we head out for school which was a little distant from the restaurant.

We took a taxi which let us off at the school gate and we head inside and the security guard search us and then we head to our dorm, where we rest a little and later we went up by the lunch room for dinner.
