"Okay, I'm starting now!" San announced out of his personal practice room.
He shut the door behind him before walking around his desk and sitting behind the setup he put together. He started the surprise live. As San waited for them to join, he scrolled through his phone and went on the music streaming site he used to play some music while he had a chill hangout with ATINY.
After waiting about five minutes, San looked up at the view count and saw almost 56,000 ATINYs were watching him and he couldn't help the pure admiration and gratitude flowing through his body.
"Wow, 56,000 ATINY are here right now! I know it's dinnertime and you should be eating with your family right now, but it's been a long time since I came to talk with you, so I thought why not eat with ATINY and their family?" He said as a smile grew on his face as he read through all the messages coming in.
"ATINY asked if I've eaten yet, I haven't but I told the members to bring me my food when our food arrives. I was going to eat with them, but I haven't seen ATINY in so long! You guys are cooler to be around than the members." San joked.
His contagious laughter could be heard from the hallway as you walked down the corridor with a bag of food for you and him to share, since you knew he should be taking a meal break right now.
You knocked on the door before opening it and smiling, but when you looked up and saw San with a phone set up in front of him and he was talking to it, you knew you must be interrupting something.
San let out a small "Oh!" when the door to his room opened and he looked up and made eye contact with you.
"Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't know you were busy, i'll come back later." Your voice spoke softly.
"No, it's okay! You can come in, you can just sit over there." San responded as he tried to keep his racing heart at bay and not act on his emotions while he was live.
Despite your internal protest to turn around and go to the practice room where all the other members were, you let out a quiet huff before sitting down on the other side of San's desk and beginning to unpack the food you got for the both of you.
"Sorry, my manager walked in with food for me. I guess i'll be eating the food I got with the members tonight at the dorm if I get hungry in the middle of the night." San explained to the ATINYs watching his vlive.
You saw a light blush dust over his cheeks as he occasionally eyed you after you gave the food to him out of frame. This made you blush as well because although you weren't on camera, you still felt like a million of eyes were on you as you ate.
As much as you loved watching how San interacts with ATINY, you were still shy even if you were the least bit close to some sort of spotlight. After a while of taking timid bites of food so that no one could hear you on the live, you turned to just picking at your food until San finished his live to actually enjoy your food with him.
"Why aren't you eating? You can eat, it's okay." He reassured you. A blush made its way onto your cheeks as you shook your head and flickered your eyes over to the phone that currently had the vlive application still running.
After being together with San for close to a year and a half now, the both of you have come to master communication between your eyes. With the little flicker of your eyes towards the phone, he slightly nodded and looked at the phone screen to see how long he's been talking to ATINY.
When he realized it's been close to 45 minutes talking to ATINY, he made an announcement that he'd end the live in 5 minutes since he would have to get back to practice soon.
Those 5 minutes passed in almost an instant as you watched San enjoy the food you got for him while also talking to ATINY. His goodbye to them lasted a few minutes as he didn't want to leave them either, but he also didn't want you waiting forever to eat with him.
Once the live finally ended, he quickly returned the phone back to his manager before returning back to his room to eat his meal with you.
"I'm sorry making you end your live early." You apologized the second he returned.
"No, don't be sorry! I always have a hard time ending it anyways because I never want to stop talking with them, but with you here, it's helping me manage my time with them better. It is dinnertime for them too, so I would feel bad if they were forced to watch me eat the entire time when they should be eating food for themselves too." San responded genuinely.
Despite San's reassurance, it still didn't settle that little feeling in your gut that was nagging you and saying you should've just waited for him at the dorm rather than intruding on his work.
San smiled at you then tucked a piece of your hair behind your ear, "Y/N, it's okay. Don't worry. I can always talk with them on the fan cafe later and tell them i'll do another live tomorrow."
You sighed and admitted defeat before finally digging into your food and eating with San.
Of course, he could tell you were still slightly bothered and guilty for walking into his live. In his best attempt to cheer you up, San reached over his desk to food you a little bit of his chicken but then after feeding you, he sneakily stole your fried egg and popped it into his mouth with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"Hey! I was saving that for the end!" you cried out with a small playful pout on your lips. San let out a jokingly evil laugh before he gave you both of his fried eggs.
"You love me so much though."
"Unfortunately." you said with a sarcastic eye roll.
"Hey!"
The both of you let out laughs that the members could hear from the hallway as they made their way towards San's personal room, but when they heard your laughs, small smiles made their ways onto their faces before they turned around and headed back to the practice room to give you both time together.
