Chapter 5 - Revenge

I cried there for hours and hours, until i heard footsteps.

''Ophelia?'' I heard a soft male voice say.

''Yes?'' 

''Come with me, please.'' 

I walked with him into a room.

Everyone was there. I saw Luke and Rosie being all cute together.

I saw Luke had the note in his hand. 

''Wanna read it together?'' He asked to Rosie.

They were reading my note.

Luke looked my way and shred a tear. 

Rosie comforted him and kissed him.

I looked the other way so i could just forget about them.. but i couldn't 

The government people started talking again.

''Ophelia, would you like to come on stage please?''

I walked to the stage and stood there, with red eyes.

''What do i need to do?'' I asked.

''Nothing, just listen to what i say'' 

''Rosie has murdered 4 people including her dad to save her friend, Rosie. To find out her bestfriend has been kissing the boy she loved.'' 

I nodded and went back to listening.

''Imagine your friends betraying you until you risked your life for them. Imagine, Rosie and Luke.'' 

Rosie and Luke looked my way, pissed off.

''i really don't think Rosie and Luke want to hear this, sir.'' i said.

''Oh yes, they do. they will be punished for what they did to you.'' 

They took Rosie and pulled her on stage. 

''Rosie.'' The male voice said.

There were 2 mysterious people in a black suit coming behind Rosie.

They both were pointing a gun at her head.

''You shall be punished for what she did.'' 

I looked at Luke and he smiled. 

I deblocked him and pointed at my phone, so he would text me.

''What's going on?'' I texted him.

''She shall be killed'' He texted back

''Not Rosie..'' I texted him.

''Sir, sir. I have a bigger idea.''  i said to the government people.

''What is it, ophelia?'' 

''Luke hurt me more, he shall be killed for what he did. Rosie did nothing wrong.'' 

Luke looked shocked as i smiled at him.

They let go of Rosie and Rosie jumped in my arms. ''What's going on'' 

''Luke wanted to kill you, he shall be punished.'' 

Rosie and I watched as Luke fell to the ground while bleeding.

We held each other and i cried. ''I'm going to miss you, Luke.'' i said.

''Remember me.'' Luke said.

Those were his last words.

I went back to hugging Rosie and comforted her.

''I'm so sorry i betrayed you.'' Rosie said.

I looked at her and held her. ''It's okay. I don't blame you. You're way prettier than me and deserve it way more than I would've.'' 

Rosie looked at me, confused. ''You deserve everything.'' 

Rosie leaned in for a kiss but i refused and stepped back.

''I-i'm sorry. It's getting a little much right now. Maybe later?'' 

She nodded and we both went back to our place.
