To be a bit clear with this, I love Motorbike racing.
So today I was watching 3 Motorbike races, Moto 3, Moto 2 and the main one MotoGP, because I love Motorbikes I go to the British race track Silverstone every year but it got cancelled because of the COVID-19.
So they were racing in Austria, The Red Bull Ring, and Moto 3 was alright it didn't get red flagged, didn't need restarted.
Moto 2 however horrific crash which the rider who hurt more then the three riders who were involved the incident was lucky to survive because that the type crash you get killed from, he is ok but got a hip injury which isn't that bad I heard. Everyone else and the 3 other riders who were involved in the incident are ok and unharmed. They restarted the race and it went well despite that horrific crash.
Now the main race MotoGP, it went well apart from an horrific crash again two riders clashed both of the bikes were so close from hitting one of the MotoGP legends and his teammate. Luckily those two didn't get hit and harmed, you can see, my favourite rider but his head down to advoid the two bikes.
One of the riders who were involved went over to the other rider was involved to see if they were ok be they down on the gravel and that rider got up on his feet and both of the riders are ok, they still went to the medical centre to have a check up. My favourite rider was shaken up and in shock I've never seen his face that in shock, since 2011 in Malaysia when his best friend got killed in an horrific crash and he was involved in that incident as well. They restarted the race and my favourite finished 5th which is really good despite after he nearly got killed.
Overall I am still praying for those riders who got injured, to recover from their injuries that they unfortunately got in those horrific crashes today. Both of the crashes left me really traumatised, I ran out of the living room or dining room, with tears running down my eyes because it traumatised me too much.
A big well done to the marshals for clearing and cleaning the track so well and well done to all of the riders who went back out there to race again after those horrific crashes. Also get well soon to any of the riders who need to recover from any injuries they got in those crashes.
I haven't seen horrific crashes like that since the one in Malaysia 2011 when that rider got killed. I'm glad no one got seriously injured or got killed. I never want to see horrific crashes like that ever again. I'm not blaming the riders who crashed, it's not their fault it's not anyone's fault it happens and no one caused it accidents and incidents happen.
Still a bit traumatised but I still love Motorbike racing.
