Saryl; In The Spotlight.

Chapter Twenty Four

Sarah's point of view:

" S-sorry w-what? " I said stuttering. I was shocked as what just came out Cheryl's mouth, she wants to leave Reign oh my life.

" Why do you wanna leave Cheryl? All you girls are popular because of Reign.

" I've already told you Sarah " Cheryl replied with a chuckle. " But on a serious note, it's just not working out, I don't think I can cope with being in the band anymore. " She said.

" Have you spoke to any of the girls? "

" No, because if I did, it would be too much hassle, and even more arguments than there is, so I didn't tell them, I told you. "

" Aw Cheryl, you should've called me sooner, I would've came over and sort it out for you all. "

" Trust me Sarah, you couldn't, I've tried for so long, nothing helps. "

" So what are you gonna do? "

" I don't know, leave. "

" What you gonna do after you leave? "

" Probably try and become a soloist, I'll doubt it work though. "

" No Cheryl, don't be so negative, you're awesome, you'll definitely get to become a soloist, I'll help you, you have an amazing talent. "

At this moment, Cheryl began crying, her eyes out, it saddened me that my best friend was crying. I got out of my chair and gave Cheryl a big hug, we were hugging for ten minutes. Without saying a word.

" Aw Sarah, I'm sorry, I got snot and tears on your top. I love you Sarah. " Cheryl said, wiping the tears from her eyes.

" Its okay babe, I love you more, we're gonna get you your career soon, I promise you. "

Cheryl's point of view:

After having my one to one with Sarah, I feel one hundred percent better, I finally told someone I wanted to leave the group. I did want to leave, I can't be dealing with them anymore, I feel better to leave the band.

People might think that I want to leave the band because people know me now and that it'll be much easier to become a soloist now, but they're not in my shoes. They don't know whats happening with the girls. I don't think none of us want to be in the band anymore. It was for me to take the first move and leave, I know that they're going to all go their separate ways once I have.

It makes me so sad to think I started my career with them, the happiest I've been with them, number one album. Now my dreams shattered, I have to do this all by myself, it upsets me.

Now me and Saraah are on out way back to where Shai, Charlie and Laura are, to break the news I'm leaving.

" We're here. " Sarah said.

" Let's do this. " I sighed.

We both got out the car and made our way to the house, I had my own key so opened the door. As soon as we walked in, you could just hear them arguing, as usual.

All shouting from the top of their lungs.

Sarah shouted " GIRLS!! "

Silence for the first time in ages. " What are you doing here? " Shai asked.

" To come and sort all you lot out. And Cheryl has something to tell you all, let's sit down on the sofa. " Sarah replied.

We all made our way over to the sofa, I could feel my heart beating rapidly, I feel like it's going to burst out of my chest. It's time to tell the girls, I'm leaving.
