"I'm gonna go get a drink, alright?" I nudged Aiden in the shoulder. He barely acknowledged me and kept talking.

I was anxious to get out of there and get inside the house. One reason being it was chilly outside and two, it was almost 10 o' clock which meant it was time for me to meet Winston in the spot where only me and knew and would be.
