I'm behind the wall leaning against it as I listen tho axis and the kid I smile

"Hey ya'know this would be more fun if you had a" I waited so I look in a little "Tikle monster!" Axis shouted as he started getting him

I smile because on how much he's being a dad.....maybe my heart is beating fast.....that's normal right?

Then my phone pinged

Girlfriend

Hey where are you?

Shit

Sorry something came up

Is it more important then your girlfriend?

You know what I'm tired of your bitching...we're done

Yeah....because my friend is more important and your hates for gays rub off on me and I just ruin a 17 year friendship because of it and I don't hate gay people...fuck you and leave me alone

My eyes water so I walk in the room and axis looked at me "did something happened?"

"I just broke up with my girlfriend....but other then that life is amazing" I smiled

He was silent "ice cream?" He ask

"No it's fine" I sat down next to him

"That's Theo" he pointed at the kid that sat across from us

"Hi I'm hunter" I smiled

Theo giggled "I have two dads!"

Axis face turned red "no no no not two dads just-"

I cut him off "yeah you got two of them!"

"Hunter and axis....whose that?" I heard my mom say

After telling her what happened

"I also meant to ask what about the hole marriage thing" I ask

"It's still going on" mom said then walked away

Well shit.

Later at 6:30

"Hey hunter I'm going out I'll be bringing Theo" axis said

"Can I come?" I ask

"......I guess"

"Cool let me grab my shoes"

When we got there it was apartments. We went inside to find a man around 20. Axis went up to him

"Hi are you axis?" The man said

"Yep" axis smiled

"Well let me show you and your...." he looks at us "I'm not going to say because I have been wrong about this thing in the past"

"It's fine we're not together" axis informed

We walk until we were at room 200 second floor. We walked inside.....wow this is a big apartment it should be more like a house

After checking everything out

"I think I'll take it" axis said

"Good you can have it...here are the keys" the man smiled

He started to walk out but stop in his steps and turned around "do you want to have dinner sometime?" He ask axis and I'm a little piss because axis will be my husband soon

"Um....I'm sorry but.....no" axis try not to hurt his feelings witch I think is cute

"That's ok I didn't think it would happen" then he left

Little later me and axis are on the drive back

"Thanks" I say out of nowhere

"What for?" He ask

"For staying....well rejecting that guy just because of what's going on between us" I smiled

"Oh" was all he said after.
