[Salvatore Boarding House]
Alura was drinking coffee in the kitchen when Damon entered the room. He stopped and leaned in the doorway silently with a smirk on his face.
"Do you want some or are you just going to stand there smirking all morning?" Alura asks playfully."I don't know, it's quite the view." He smirks. Alura rolls her eyes at him. He is such a typical man. She was still in her pajamas which consisted of cloth shorts and a cami. She sighed before making him his own and handing it to him.
"You know staring is weird right?" She asks as he takes the mug.
"Well it's hard not to stare when I'm looking at such an amazing view." He replies stepping closer.
"Flattery will get you nowhere Damon, you know that. What is it you want?" Alura says, smirking back up at him, placing her mug on the counter behind her.
"Oh come on Ali, if I remember right, which I do. We had quite some fun in the 80s." He states, wiggling his brows.
"Ah yes, the adventures of a humanityless Damon, and a very hurt and revengeful me. How could I forget?" She playfully glares at him.
"Yes, and I still don't get what had you on such a rampage. And judging by that twitch in your eye, it's still bugging you." Damon says softly placing down his mug and moving closer. "Jokes aside Ali, I told you last night, I meant what I said, and I still mean it. If you need to talk I'm here."
"Thank you." She says, taking him by surprise. "For always caring, for putting up with me. I know my secrets bug you, I hate them myself." Ali takes a deep breath. "Damon, you know things about me that I've never told anyone else. You know what happened in the 1940s, and I know you can relate. It just that these secrets the big ones that are catching up to me, I'm afraid will change everything and I don't think I'm ready for that."
"Ali, what could possibly change our friendship?" He asks, trying to piece things together. "This isn't about that guy you refuse to speak of is it?"
Alura sighs and look up at the ceiling. "It is quite possibly related." She looks him in the eye. "But that's not the main point. The point is..." suddenly there is a knock at the door.
"Let me guess. It's not safe for me to know. We've passed this Alura." He stated. The knocking continues and Damon gets annoyed. Alura sighs and start to head to the door."This conversation isn't over Ali!" He states following her.
"It is for now." She opens the door and is immediately surprised. It was Elena's brother Jeremy.
"I need to talk to you." He stated looking passed Ali to Damon.
"And why do I need to talk to you?" Damon says stepping beside Ali, taking the door to close it. Jeremy stops him from shutting it.
"Tyler Lockwood has to kill someone to activate his curse. He's not a werewolf yet." He blurts.
"Wow, fascinating. Not enough." Alura says, as Damon tries to close the door again, but Jeremy pushes back.
"Mason Lockwood is and he's looking for a moonstone, a special rock connected to the werewolf legend. That's why he's here." Jeremy continues holding the door open.
"A moonstone?" Alura questions, her heart skipping a beat.
"And I know where it is." The teen states.
"And you're bringing me this why?" Damon questions sharing a glance with Ali, debating on letting him in.
"Do I need a reason? Look, I just want to help, okay?" Jeremy says annoyed.
