"You really are stupid, aren't you, Megan?" Sam said.
"What? It's said une mWason, isn't it?" I enquire.
"No," Sam says chuckling, "It's may-zone without the y or the e"
"OH! So mWa-zon?"
"Again, no. God you're terrible at French!" he claims in hysterics and
I join him in fits of giggles.
"Megan and Sam! You two really are such a trialling pair! Be quiet in my classroom!" a voice boomed in a French accent.
"Sorry Miss. DeLaur." we chimed in synchrony.
As she turned her back, I looked at Sam, he looked at me and we looked smugly at each other and smirked mischievously.
The rest of the class went by as per usual, giggles and mocking banter exchanged between us two and as usual, the time came.
"Megan"
"Yeah?"
"it's 5 minutes until the end of the lesson, wanna start packing up?"
"oh, yeah thanks! Do u reckon I should bring Leo or Hannah?" I asked, seeing as I'm half blind with anxiety so my school let's me go to lessons, lunch and break five minutes earlier then other people, "Or maybe Famarah?"
"I was thinking you could take me if you wanted" Sam said nervously.
"Oh, ofc! Why the change of heart? You never want to come with me, it's rare."
"That's not true, Egg. I just never say when I do."
"Well start talking more then dummie"
"Nah, I'm just WAY too cool too be seen around u 24/7"
"Alright, don't go hopping to conclusions now, Mr. Kangaroo." I said, walking to the door with Sam right behind me.
"Where are you going?" a dreadfully familiar voice questioned.
"Too geography..?" I said weirdly, for Miss. DeLaur should already know I leave early, I've been doing it for the last year!
"Not you, Miss. Franklyn, I'm talking to Mr. Donaldson"
"He's with me, Miss."
"Oh, well, off you go then" she says as I opened the door and let Sam out before I sung,
"Au revoir la class! Et au revouir madame."
