3 years later
(In some unknown place)
A dark shadowed figure grunts in pain as the 100th lash hit his raw back.
He whispers a name and drops on the harsh concrete floor. But the worse was yet to come. Another figure steps out from under the shadows. He pulls out a device, his peace ring glistening when exposed to the small beam of yellow light. The figure hidden in total darkness hits play on the device.
Loud screams and cries of a girl surrounds the room.
The wounded figure on the ground yells out in agony.
"Please stop, anything but this. "
These screams of the girl cut him deeper than the weapons which have marked his body.
He pleas for them to stop,
"The iron rod, or anything but just please turn this off." He begs with agony.
The figure in black pulls the man up, clutching his hairs, directing his face to images which torment his soul.
" Please." The man pleads.
He is thrown back on the harsh ground. Then a hot rod digs onto his shoulder blade.
He swallows the pain inside, welcoming the pain as an escape from those tormenting screams of the girl who means everything to him.
Another man enters, an instant aroma of authority is felt. The footsteps stop and a gruff voice echos loudly,
"Danish! This torture is only getting started."

(In New Zealand)
" Come on Aiza, grab your Elsa and Anna doll." I tell her, undoing her car seat belt. She gets down and grabs both her dolls and extends her hand out, demanding to be carried.
I reach out, and pick her up in my arms. I give her a quick kiss on her pink cheeks.
" lub you two" she says to me, in her cute little two year old voice.
" I know you do." I tell her, squeezing her in a tight hug as I head up the steps to Ami's house.
Shery Bhaiyha opens the door,
" Asalam Alikum "
" Walikum Salam " I reply back to him, heading inside.
" How is my little Aiza doing? " Shery asks, extending out his hand.
She goes to him instantly,
"whel is Doa? I bant to sho doll Zun got me." She tells him, playing with his ear.
"She is in the living room playing with the toys." He informs her, placing her down on her feet. She runs off to the living room, her white summer dress swirling around.
" Oh,you're here. I was thought you were going to be late because you live so far away. " Ami complains, giving me a hug.
" Ami! I live just a hour away. " I tell her pulling out the chair in the kitchen.
" Where is Aisha? " I ask looking around the kitchen.
" Mummy went to the supermaket." Dua tells me coming in the kitchen, Aiza trailing behind her with her dolls.
" Okay then you both go play. " I tell her, giving her quick hug.
" Come on Aiza, I am going to show you my doll house my Daddy got me.", holding her hand Dua leads her out.
"Where is Zunair? " Ami asks, joining me on the dinning table.
"He left yesterday for a meeting. "
" That boy has changed a lot. "
" Yeah he has, if it wasn't for him I don't know how I would have settled down. " I tell Ami.
" It's the weekend you should stay over, plus Zunair is not here so you will be home alone. " Ami suggests.
" Okay, Ami only because you insist." I tell her with a smile, I pull the tray towards me to help her cut the vegetables for salad.
.............
" Please Aiza go to sleep. Mummy is also very tired. " I say, rubbing her back, trying to get her to fall asleep.
" But no gudnigh fom Da." She tells me sitting up and rubbing her eyes. She is use to saying goodnight to him before going to sleeping. It has now become a habbit of her.
" But Da is not here right now Aiza."
" Pic in pone." She explaines, pointing to my phone.
I pull out his picture from my phone and show it to her.
She leans forward to give him a kiss.
" Where is my kiss?" I ask her, making a frown face.
"Gud nigh" she says giving me a kiss.
Her small body settles along mine, wrapping my hands around her I close my eyes to sleep. But sleep does not find me.
Concern for him grows in me. He told me he will call when he got there safely but so far I have not gotten his call. I just hope that he is okay.
I run my hand through her hairs soft curls rembering that day in the hospital.
I remember when Zunair had asked what I wanted to name our daughter.
I had to tell him I just like the name Aiza. But no one knows the real truth behind her name.
I have started a new life but I will never forget him.
