Unexpected

No ones POV

Keith had just gotten back from a mission for the blade of marmora. He had joined them shortly after he found out he was half galra.
He was injured so they took him to the med bay to heal him and after they were done the healer went to add it to his medical files when they noticed something strange.

Healers POV
I was adding his recent injuries to the file I decided to look over the rest of the file to see if he would need a check up.

Wait that can't be right there is no way he is 18 that would make him a kit this isn't good maybe the files are out of date.

"Keith I think your file isn't up to date how old are you" I asked hoping that it was wrong.

" oh I'm 18 now I think" Keith replied

This isn't good I told him to sit tight and ran to inform Kolivan. When I turned down a corridor I ran into someone it was kolivan.

"What's going on why are you running? Why aren't you with Keith? Did something happen is he okay? Kolivan quickly questioned me.

"Thank goodness I ran into you yes Keith is alright but I came across something when going through his file at first. How old do you think he is?"

" I don't know I never really thought about it, why how old is he?"

"Kolivan, he's a kit he's only 18."

"WHAT, you can't be serious. Your telling me I put a kit through the knowledge or death trials and have been sending him on dangerous missions. I just thought he was small because he was half human."

"I'm pretty sure that's what we all thought about him."

"Take me to him, I'll handle this."

Kolivans POV

I followed him back to the med bay to where Keith was. When we got there we found him sleeping he had a look on his face like he was scared and in pain.

"You don't think he's been touch deprived do you." I questioned as soon as I saw Keith

" That's why I got you I don't think he knows he's a kit he knows almost nothing of our culture. He is most likely is touch deprived."( touch deprived is when a young galra isn't shown enough love which can lead them to becoming lone wolves. They are extremely lucky to make it to teenage years because without it they can die.) "He's 18 so he's a very young kit too so it's not to late to help him." The healer told him.

I looked at Keith as he slept before I turn back to the healer "Is it okay if I take him I have a lot of work cut out for me when he wakes up?"

"You can take him just be careful he is not fully healed."

I walked back over to Keith and was about to pick him up when he started making a whimpering sound that kits make when they are scared. I immediately picked him up which startled and woke him up. I started walking to the nest where the other pack members would be right now.

Keith's POV
I felt someone pick me up and woke up instantly and started squirming and tried to get out of the grip of whoever was holding me. I whimpered and made some weird sound and I heard a chuckle and I looked up to see it was Kolivan who was holding me.

"What are you laughing about put me down where are you taking me?" I question still trying to get out of his arms

"I was laughing at your face kit looked so confused on why you made that sound and no I cannot put you down." Kolivan responded

I started trying to get out his grasp again wait- what did he call me "What the he'll is a kit and why do you keep calling me it."
