First of all: I do not own most of the characters in this book, most of them are from the movie "Stand by me" and from the novel "The Body". But a few side characters are made up by myself.
Second of all: The original plot from the movie and novel has happened.
Third of all: The boys are 15-16 in this story, 3 years after the plot of the original novel/movie. Both boys have aged and here's how I've been imaginig them looking like while writing:

Fourth of all: This is a smut free fanfic, cuz I get uncomfortable writing that, but there will be fluff :)
Lastly, this book will contain triggering stuff such as homophobic slurs and abuse. I'll really try my best to put trigger warnings and if i miss that somewhere please feel free to comment!

Edit: this fanfic will probably be having alot of focus on Chris, but there will be some Gordie moments too, but it's easier to write about Chris because I have an easier connection to that character hope you don't mind :)
