Temari was actually happy to be able to rinse off after the particularly bloody battle. With her husband and the only one other they had been out numbered byui foes. That was infortunate for them but at least they came out alive.
Shikamaru took a watch while the other raven haired male started to make a camp for the three of them. His wife used a vulnerary to tend to her wonds while she had the time..The storm was slowly approaching from the north.
Temari's belly was throbbing, her head was hurting, but she continued to ignore the pain. Pale hands pulled her close on her shoulders as the rain falls washed away the blood seeping out...

Nineteen years later. ..
After hearing a bit of chatter in the Anbu locker room, Kyuseishu could not help gain a spark of interest in the upcoming outbreak of the events. And so, he decided it's time he starts fulfilling his dangerous mission.
Konoha haven't got in any major conflicts with its neighbours in the last fifteen years but after the plans were rolled up, it seemed that war is finally going to erupt.Kyuseishu made his way to the back of the village holding the roster he had to deliver to the messenger waiting for him somewhere in the desert. It was a dangerous mission because any small distraction could be fatal. And at this point, the dark of the night was giving him a big advantage.
The two Anbu guards standing at the gate were indolent. They didn't seem to notice that there's something odd going on and Kyuseishu did not need to see their faces to see the shock in their posture as he crossed them by, but this was an official secret mission and he gotta do what he was assigned to...
He incapacitated them both. His skills and potential were far superiour than that of an ordinary Anbu member. He was an Anbu hunter after all and a particularly good one who enjoyed the hunt and the kill since he was a 10.☆☆☆
Kyuseishu had been sprinting through the desert of the Wind country for nearly four hours. The time he was given was short. He did his best to arrive in time, however, his best was not enough.
The ninteen years old chunnin stood with his eyes glued to the distance before him, his body frozen where he stood. Katsumi's young sibling had been slaughtered before her eyes and that scene was more than cruel for her to withstand.
It was such a horrible night that Kyuseishu still remembers even after three years from the incident.Back then, he was in a team of three, but right now he was alone. And the enemy seems to be much more experienced.
"That's a wrap."
Came the narrow words from the cloaked guy who stood before him. The worďs came out so emotionless and clear that Kyuseishu was snapped from his trance.
Kyuseishu figured out that this was a seasoned hunter who had traveled the world and killed more times than him, and probably the same one who led the operation to exterminate Katsumi's family. It was sickening. Would he be like that too? Taking away innocent lives without any feel? It was horrifying to the teenager who had just become a chunnin two years ago and finally started to leave the village by himself to accomplish missions...
