RED ROSE REDEMPTION (Rosé x Reader)

It's an ordinary September day. Your last class finished about an hour ago, and you're hanging out on the couch with a soda in hand playing your favorite game, Red Dead Redemption 2.

In the game you're playing as Arthur Morgan, an outlaw cowboy in Dutch Van Der Linde's gang. Currently, you're riding your horse into the town of Valentine to go pick up a wanted poster from the Sheriff's office. The plan is to go bounty hunting and bring some outlaws to justice, although it's kind of ironic since you're also an outlaw in the game.

You sigh and your mind takes you back two weeks to the end of summer, when you'd been lucky enough to see Blackpink live at their concert. It was the best weekend of your life; you'd even gotten a VIP pass to meet the girls backstage.

They were all so beautiful and sweet in person. Lisa was cute and playful, giving you a fun, mischievous vibe and you bet she was super fun to hangout with. Jennie was effortlessly charming and friendly, like a cool older sister. Jisoo was mature but also hilarious and goofy; she made you laugh the whole time you talked with her, and her English was better than you'd expected.

And Rosé. Oh Rosé, your ultimate bias. She was even more lovely and sweet in person than you could've ever imagined. The moment your eyes had met hers your heart had skipped a beat, and you had been in awe of her ethereal beauty. She would've been so intimidating if it weren't for her soft voice and kind smile.

There was so much warmth and sincerity in her pretty brown eyes, and she was so down to earth that you could talk to her as comfortably as any of your friends. You'd even remembered the joke you'd been practicing to tell her, and you'd never forget her cute face when she smiled and giggled at you.

Maybe you were imagining it - but it had seemed like you and her had real chemistry with each other in the short time you'd talked.

Rosé, you thought. Rosé, Rosé, Rosé. What I wouldn't do to meet her again. As talented and gorgeous as she is, her personality is even better. She's the kind of girl that everyone wants to date, the kind of girl you introduce to your parents, the kind of girl every parent wants their child to marry. Whoever gets to do that is the luckiest sob on earth.

You're so lost in your daydream that you don't realize that your horse in the game is galloping straight toward a huge boulder. As a reflex you stand up quickly to get a better view of the TV, but your ankle snags on a power cord and you trip. Your head hits the hard floor and everything goes black.
