But the time you get back to the room, all thoughts of a hot bath have been thrown out the window, and all you wanna do is curl up into a ball and cry, so after getting changed, that's exactly what you do. You just let your tears flow freely as you think back to the last time you saw your friend. You had gone back to your home town for a long weekend for the first time in forever, and had arranged to meet up, but your plans got fucked up when you found out your wife was cheating on you with your neighbour. Hallie was amazingly supportive and understood why you didn't show up, but that doesn't make you feel any better right now.

The two of you had spoken on the phone several times since then, but due to busy schedules hadn't had the chance to meet up. She was probably the only person who ever believed you could make it as an actor, always telling you to go for it and have fun. The two of you had dated for a few years during and after high school. You loved each other but slowly drifted apart when you were at college, well she drifted away from you.

You ended the relationship with Hallie when you started to have feelings for Kate, which was hard because the three of you had been friends for a long time, and you didn't want to hurt her. You never told her about liking Kate but she pretty much figured that out on her own, she never got upset or angry, if anything she was glad to see you happy, but did say if Kate ever hurt you she would beat her with a stick. She even attended a few events with you both, and some that for whatever reason Kate couldn't. Thinking about it now, she is the only person that you have ever truly loved and been loved by, the saying is true, you don't know what you've got till its gone.

Groaning, you roll over and switch off your alarm, falling back into the pillows you stare up at the ceiling, hoping that today will go better than yesterday. It takes you a few minutes to motivate yourself to move, turning on the shower you look at your reflection in the mirror, "God, I look like shit." You step out of your clothes and get in, letting the warmth of the water wash over your body. Thankfully by the time you get out you look and feel a little more human.

As you get into the elevator you hear someone yelling for you to hold the door, a few seconds later, Joe appears, "thanks Y/n, you give him a small nod, you feeling alright? You seemed a bit off yesterday." You glance over at him fiddling with your bag, "honestly not really, i had a bit of bad and unexpected news on Monday and it's kinda thrown me off." He sighs, "I'm sorry to hear that, is there anything i can do?" You shake your head, "no I'll be okay, just maybe not tell the others, I'm not sure if i can handle all their love right now." He chuckles, "of course, no problem, i guess they can be a bit much sometimes huh? But if you do need anything, just let me know yeah?" You give him a quick hug "thanks Joe I appreciate it."

It's not that you don't love the guys, because you do, but right now if they were to comfort you that would be it, you would fall apart and become an emotional wreck. You know that from when your marriage ended, they all became very protective over you, at one point you had to stop Robert, Chris E and Scarlett from confronting your ex. You don't want that right now, you just want to keep yourself together and do your job to the best of your ability.

Joe turns to face you, "so you ready for the fight scene today?" You let out a small groan, "nope, fighting Scarlett scares the shit out of me, she's mean and intimidating when she's in Natasha mode." He throws his head back laughing, " I'm so telling her you said that." You sigh, "oh God please don't, she'll stay as Natasha all day just to tease me." You both walk into the restaurant laughing, Scarlett smiles up at you, "what you two laughing about?" Joe winks at you, "just discussing todays fight scene," he walks off to get a coffee, she narrows her eyes at you, "uh huh." Robert and Jeremy start giggling like two little school girls, you give them a pointed look, "behave yourselves children."
