Rosè and the Vampire King (a Halloween story)

Chapter 5: return of Neo the wolf

Neo just returned from training in the snowy mountains and went inside the castle to see Rosè and Ao where not there "huh where did the kings go they aren't here." Neo said worried. Neo then noticed some footprints leading into the woods so he follows them.

~Outside the castle

When Neo approached the abandoned castle it suddenly started to rain "well usually abandoned places don't scare me but this castle is giving off a very creepy vibe but I might as well go inside to escape this storm." Neo said walking up to the door he knocked on it and when he did it slowly opened on it's own so Neo walked inside. "Welcome traveler I'm Shadow the Hedgehog better known as the vampire king what brings you to my castle?" Shadow asked. "I'm here looking for Rosè and Ao the two kings of Camelot and I'm Neo the wolf have you seen them around here?" Neo asked. Shadow didn't respond but was looking at the blade Neo was holding "that's quite a blade you got there my boy where did you get it?" Shadow asked. "I crafted this mighty blade myself it's called the frost blade it belongs to Rosè I made that sword out of pure ice and crystal it's very powerful that it can cut through anything." Neo said.

~In the library

Jax was laying down next to the fireplace when both Ao and Rosè came in to join him "hey Jax you looked lonely so we came to join you have you seen shadow around?" Rosè asked. "He's in the main hall talking to some person named Neo about a blade called the frost blade or something like that." Jax said. When Rosè heard the name of the blade he remembered something "that sword was given to me to protect Camelot that frost blade is very powerful it can kill a god. Rosè said.

~In the main hall

Both Shadow and Neo were still talking "well my boy with a blade that strong you could be quite the strong protector why don't you join me?" Shadow asked. "I wouldn't anger me if I were you my lord I happen to know the many weaknesses of a vampire and I'm not afraid to use them now tell me where Ao and Rosè are I'm getting quite impatient." Neo said angrily. Shadow whistles for his werehogs which appear in front of Neo growling at him "oh thank goodness I found you two I was very worried about you two so let's get you guys home okay." Neo said. Jax claws Neo causes him to fall but he quickly gets up and punches Jax sending him flying Sonic flies in and catches him "Jax are you okay he punched you kinda hard?" Sonic asked. "Yeah I'm fine thanks for saving me Hedgehog. Jax said. Neo was shocked when he saw Sonic was a monster so he decided to find somewhere to hide.

~In the Kitchen

Neo decided to hide in a closet to think of a way to save his friends without hurting them "I really should have found a bigger place to hide then in this closet it is kinda tight but I think I'm safe in here if I just keep quiet." Neo said. Silver then flies in and yawns so he flies up to the ceiling and falls asleep Neo still hiding in the closet waits for Silver to leave before he finds a better hiding place.
