[Salvatore Boarding House]Alura walked down the stairs after getting ready to get her morning coffee. As she enters the kitchen she stops dead in her tracks. Damon and Stefan are already in there. Standing there talking to the Salvatore brothers was one of the very last people she wanted to see. "Rose Marie, you truly have a death wish." Alura states from the doorway.
"She has offered to help us Ali." Stefan explains.
"How are you feeling?" Damon asks handing Alura a mug before kissing her forehead.
"Back to normal." Alura smiles at him, giving Rose a glare. She continues into the kitchen to add cream to her coffee.
"Alura I..." Rose starts.
"You need not apologize for what you felt to be necessary, Rose. Luckily for you, I see the loss of Trevor as punishment enough... for now" Alura smirks, taking her coffee to the living room. The others follow her lead. Ali had just sat down when there is a knock at the door. Damon leaves to answer it.
"Hello, Elena." Damon greets, opening the door.
"Is Stefan here? He called. He said it was important." Elena states.
"Right this way." Damon states letting her in.
"Hey." Stefan greets her in the entryway.
"What is this about?" She questions.
Rose then walks into her sight.
"You." Elena gasps. They go in the living room. Elena choosing to sit on the couch next to Alura.
"Okay, you have to understand I only know what I've picked up over the years and I don't know what's true and what's not true. It's the problem with all this vampire crap but Klaus, I know he's real." Rose explains pacing the floor, making eye contact with Alura as she mentions Klaus."Who is he?" Elena asks.
"He's one of the originals, he's a legend." Damon scoffs.
"From the first generation of vampires." Stefan clarifies.
"Like Elijah?" Elena asks.
"No. Elijah was the Easter bunny compared to Klaus. He's a foot soldier. Klaus is the real deal." Rose states. Alura lets out a small laugh at how false that statement is. Elijah can be just as bad as the rest of us. He is just ashamed about it.
"Klaus is known to be the oldest." Damon says. False. Do I correct them or would that lead them to conclusions that would jeopardise everything? Better safe than sorry.
"Okay, so you're saying that the oldest vampire in the history of time is coming after us?" Elena asks.
"Yes." Rose answers at the same time as Stefan says "No."
"What they're saying is, I mean if what she's saying is true..." Damon starts, walking up to Rose.
"Which it is." Rose pushes.
"And you're not saying it so I don't kill you." Damon continues.
"Which I'm not." Rose states.
"Then we're looking at a solid maybe." Damon finishes. False again, we are looking at a 100% certainty. Katerina has everything lined up perfectly, there's no way he'd let this pass.
"Look, Elijah's dead, right? So, no one else even knows that you exist, or where Ali is." Stefan points out.
"Not that you know of." Alura sighs, thinking of Elijah who she knows is alive and well. I'll need to figure out his plan, and then adjust my own. Rumour is he's pissed about the family, probably best to sympathise.
