Stefan walk's into the kitchen and sees Miranda and Zack eating. I close the refrigerator.

"Hey." He says.

"Uncle!" Miranda quickly stand up from her chair and runs over and jumps in to Stefan's Arms

"Hi princess." He says as he wrapped his arms around her and gave her a bear hug.

"Hey." I say. I placed the milk on the table." Miranda your pancakes are getting cold." I walked over to the stove. Stefan puts Miranda down and she walks

"Hi." Stefan says as he picks up Zack and gave him a kiss on the cheek." Thank you for letting me spend the night."

"Don't say it like that." I say.

"Amanda can we-"

"Listen I'm gonna get ready for this crazy ass day." As I walked out the kitchen I could feel Stefan's eyes on my back.

Ric is lighting candles on the coffee table. Jo walks in and knocks on the open door

"Knock, knock." She says.

"Hey. Come on in." Ric says.

"Oh, it's one of those nights."

"Of, wow. Your enthusiasm is amazing." Ric says as he walks over to Jo.

"I'm sorry. I've had a day from hell and I didn't mean it. I did, but I'm gonna call take-backs." Ric laughs.

"Sure. Okay."

"Okay?" She leans forward and kisses him on the lips. "You got Thai food." She says as she pulled away and looked over his shoulder and seen the plates of food on the coffee table.

"You know, I knew I should've led with the food." Jo walks over to the table.

"Oh, this is perfect. I'm starving." She turns around and seen a bottle of wine in Ric's hands. "Where's yours?"

"Oh. Very funny." They started kissing again.

"You didn't compel him to get her drunk." Stefan says.

"No. I compelled him to do whatever it takes." Damon says as Stefan sat down." Princess here is your hot chocolate." He hands Miranda a cup.

"Thank you." She says she then walks over to the couch sits down and turn's on the t.v.

"Considering the Ascendant is the key... To her psycho brother's weird prison world..... It's gonna take her a few to open up about it."

"Did you get my muffin?" Miranda says.

"Miranda you didn't even eat your breakfast." Stefan says as Damon looks in the bag. Zack walks in and falls on his butt and starts crying." You're okay." Stefan walks over and picks up Zack.

"Blueberry or banana?" Damon says.

"Banana." Miranda says. Damon gives her the muffin.

"Zack will you like a muffin?" Damon says.

"Damon he doesn't have all his-"

"I'm only gonna give him a small piece." Damon takes a small piece from the blueberry muffin and gives it to Zack. "He loves it."

"He can love it when he's older." Stefan says. Zack started laughing.

"Even he thinks what you said was funny-"

"Shut up Damon." Stefan says.
