[74] THE MOVIE NIGHT - JIKOOK [COMPLETED]

Finale

Third month into the quarantine and with canceled world tours and schedules, Taehyung was bored out of his mind.

"Movie night!" Taehyung exclaimed throwing himself on Jimin as he sat on the living room couch. Jin who was in the kitchen trying out new recipes rushed into the living room excited.

"Which one?"

"Oh I thought it would be just Jimin and I.." Taehyung was interrupted by his boyfriends Hoseok and Yoongi

"Just Jimin and you? Why baby bear?" Hoseok was visibly sad "...don't want to spend time with us?"

"Aw, Hyung.. it's only because Jimin and I don't spend much time together.." Taehyung pouts "I miss my soulmate"

Jimin giggles

"But we miss you too... you know Hyung and I have been busy these days with the new album..." Hoseok says

"Why don't we just watch the movie together? we are in quarantine but we were all caught up in our own dramas..." Yoongi suggests

"Cool!" Jin exclaims whilst texting his boyfriend the news "..I just texted Namjoon. He will be back soon with all the snacks we would need..."

"What about Jungkook?" Hoseok asks and just the mention of the name makes Jimin's heart skip a beat.

Jimin doesn't know when or how but he was completely smitten by the maknae. The whole group thought that Jimin and Taehyung would end up together. But then they all noticed how Jimin would take any chance he got, to cling on to Jungkook like a koala and they knew, they all knew Jimin was whipped for the boy. But Jungkook, he was a tough cookie to read with his blank expressions and being the maknae of the group, no one wanted to embarrass him or alarm him in any way in case he didn't feel the same about Jimin.

"He is with Namjoon... they are on their way up.." Jin says as the rest move around and make themselves comfortable

A few moments later

Jimin couldn't help but jump up and drag Jungkook to sit with him once he had freshened up and changed into comfortable clothes. Jimin loves Jungkook's hands and blushed thinking of what those big strong hands could do.

The maknae was happy. He nearly smirked when Taehyung pouts seeing Jimin play with Jungkook's fingers and not his.

"So now that everyone is here..." Namjoon says as he cuddles Jin "...which movie did you have in mind?"

"Notebo...." Taehyung was cut off by Jimin

"Conjuring!" Jimin yells

"Are you sure?" Hoseok asks confused

Taehyung was surprised as well but when he saw how much more closer Jimin was trying to cling on to the maknae, he smirked

"Yes... let's just watch that"

Jimin wasn't watching the movie, he was too busy staring at Jungkook's face illuminated by the light coming off the screen and to Jimin, Jungkook just looked so ethereal.

"Hyung you okay?" Jungkook asks concerned when he noticed Jimin looking at him

"Ah yes..." Jimin blushes but thankfully it was too dark to see "... I didn't realize the movie would be this scary..."

"Awww I will protect you" Jungkook teases as he wraps his arms around his hyung, pulling Jimin closer to his chest and Jimin died just there.

Soon

Jimin had fallen asleep half way through the movie, cozied by Jungkook playing with his hair. Not wanting to wake Jimin up, Jungkook let his hyung sleep on him.

The rest of bangtan had gone back into their rooms after tiding up the place. Taehyung stood there watching the two

"Aww you two make the perfect couple" Taehyung coos

"What?" Jungkook asks confused

"You mean you really don't see it?" Taehyung asks equally confused

"Huh?"

"Jimin is whipped for you..." Taehyung says and Jungkook could feel his heart pumping faster

"No he is not..." Jungkook tries to argue just as Hoseok walked into the room to ask Taehyung to join him in bed

"Oh please..." Hoseok rolls his eyes "...you must be blind not to see how hard he tries to always cling on to you. I don't know if I find it cute or creepy..."

Jungkook smiles as he looks at the sleeping body next to him "...it's cute"

"Aw, Jungkookie is whipped for his hyung as well" Taehyung coos again making Jungkook blush bright red

"Yea..." Jungkook says looking at his tiny hyung "...I really am. Have, ever since he first slept over in my bed. Waking up to him still in my arms in the morning was the best feeling ever...."

Hoseok nudged Taehyung to follow him but not before letting Jungkook know what he felt "We all love Jimin. I mean, other than Jin hyung and Namjoon, the rest of us had at some point fallen for this mochi..." Hoseok says looking over at Jimin "...but he had always made it known that you were it for him..." Hoseok smiles as he tightens his hold on Taehyung "...I can't wait to see how happy he will be when you finally let him know that you feel the same too.... All the best"

Jungkook nodded his head as the two left the room, leaving him alone with Jimin. Jungkook smiled as he lovingly combed through Jimin's hair with his fingers for a few minutes.

Jungkook just couldn't take his eyes off the sleeping beauty, not even when Jimin woke up.

Jimin blushed when he realized that he had been drooling on Jungkook "I'm so sorry..." Jimin said as he tried to wipe off his drool from Jungkook's shirt and Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle as he watched his hyung being so cute

"What?"

"There is no need to apologize, it's not the first time..."

Jimin blushed as he looked around "Where is everyone?"

"All the hyungs have gone to sleep..it's just us here" Jungkook chuckled

"Oh..." Jimin's voice trailed off into the silence that came to surround them, that was till Jungkook suddenly reached out to cup Jimin's face making the smaller yelp in surprise

Jimin's eyes widened as he watched Jungkook inch towards him in slow motion. Their lips so close, they could feel the other's breath on their lips

"Can I kiss you?" Jungkook asks and Jimin just stared back as he tried to make out what Jungkook just said. He couldn't hear anything with all the thumping noise that was echoing in his ears

Jungkook felt embarrassed when Jimin didn't move and just as he pulled away, Jimin pulled him back

"Wait! Did you just ask for permission to kiss me?"

Jungkook nods not daring to look at his hyung

"You idiot!" Jimin pulls Jungkook's face to his before capturing the maknae's lips with his own. Jungkook groans as he tastes his hyung, his hands wrapping around the smaller's slim waist, pulling him closer. They are both breathless when they pull away, staring at each other's swollen red lips

"I love you Jungkook" Jimin whispers out, nearly out of breath

"I love you too hyung" Jungkook smiles as he inches again closer to Jimin "...will you be my boyfriend?"

Jimin bites his lips, trying to stop his lips from breaking out into a huge smile "You have no idea how long I have dreamt of this moment Jungkookie"

"You have no idea either..." Jungkook smiles as he leans in "..I love you"

"I love you too" Jimin says as he lets Jungkook lay him down flat on the couch as Jungkook continues kissing him

And you have no idea how long we have waited for this – the rest of bangtan thinks as they snap a picture of the newly formed couple, before heading back to their rooms
