ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS since my last encounter with Asher. I've had plenty of time to think, and i've came to the realization that Asher isn't to blame.

It's not his fault, he was just curious. I feel bad for snapping at him. i've wanted to apologize but it seems like everytime I try to, he avoids me, and I don't really blame him.

Verena told me he would be at a party tonight, so I decided to go in an attempt to speak to him.

I looked around for while before finally finding him by the makeshift bar, clad with a drink in his hand. I quickly made my way over to him, leaving him no chance to escape.

"Hi." I speak

"What do you want ?" he looks at me with a annoyed expression on his face

"I wanted to say that.. I wanted to say sorry." I apologize

"For what?"

I sigh, "I am sorry for snapping at you. It was my own fault. We are partners after all, so despite how we feel about each other, we have to get over it because we're stuck with each other for now. "

He nods his head in agreement, "You're right. We started on the wrong foot, but we have to put that past us. "

He holds out his hand for me to shake, "friends?".
In a swift motion, i take his drink from his other hand, and then take a sip from it. I place it back in his hand before nodding my head and saying, "friends."

I catch a glimpse of him, a look of amusement and humor present on his face, before I turn around and walk away.
