Nothing Special (Stereo Kicks/Reece Bibby/New Hope Club)

Goodbye, big blue eyes.

I awoke the next morning not feeling too good. Today was the day that me, Tia and Stereo Kicks were leaving the X Factor contestants house to go back to our own homes. Mine being in London, Tias being in Accrington and the boys going back to their home towns. I was a little upset that I was leaving the house today. I've only temporarily lived here for a few days but those few days have been the best few days of my life so far.

I've made friends for life here and I came with no boyfriend and I'm leaving the house with Reece. I never expected all of this to happen in under a week but I wouldn't change it for the world.

Last night Reece sent a tweet out on the bands twitter pretending that me and him were no longer together. 'I'm sorry to say but me and Millie have decided its best to just be friends, I'm busy with the band and she's busy with her life. Thanks for understanding :) - Reece x' He wrote it on his notes and posted the picture out. Some people were upset for me and Reece but most of the fans were happy that we were supposedly no longer together.

I got changed quickly, showering before hand and getting dressed into joggers and a t-shirt as I applied a minimum amount of make up onto my face, I threw my hair up into a high ponytail so I looked sort of presentable. I walked downstairs, dragging my suitcase down with my guitar on my back. I left both bags at the door so I could just take them with me when it was time to go.

I ran into the kitchen grabbed an apple and took a bit out of it. "Hi Millie." Ben said as he strolled into the kitchen. "Hi Ben." I smiled. "I wasn't looking forward to this day." He said, giving me a sympathetic smile. "Neither was I." I said looking down at my half eaten apple. "Ben...?" I asked. "Yeah." He said looking back at me as he put his toast in the toaster. "Promise me one thing." I said. "What?" He questioned. "Make sure you go and win it for me, ok?" I said, smiling. "I'll try and do my best." He smiled, coming over to embrace me in a hug. "I'm going to miss you, ya know." He said as he rested his chin on my shoulder. "I'll miss you too." I said, trying not cry.

I loved Ben, as well Fleur and Andrea and Lauren. Ben was like having another dad but at the same time an older brother, Fleur was like an older sister to me, Andrea was a pug and was like my brother and Lauren was also like a sister to me. We had all turned into a massive extended family and I was going to miss being around them all a lot. "Ahhhh, lets have a group hug." I turned around and Andrea, Fleur and Lauren were all behind me. We all hugged and smiled at each other, "I'm gonna miss all you guys." I said, tearing up. "We're going to miss you too."

"I'm sorry to interupt but Millie, unfortunately its time to go." Chris said, smiling at me as he walked away. I walked out the kitchen with everyone following behind me, as it was time to say goodbye to everyone. I said goodbye to Andrea, Fleur, Ben and Lauren hugging them all and wishing them all good luck for the semi finals and telling them that I'd see them at the finals. I then grabbed my bags and got into the taxi that was waiting outside.

"You alright?" Reece asked me as he sat next to me. "Yep, I just didn't want to leave." I said. "Neither did I." He laughed, making me smiled. I kissed his cheek and rested my head on his shoulder as I knew what was coming next...saying goodbye to the boys. The taxi soon came to a hault and everyone climbed out, grabbing their bags and walking towards the train station. My house wasn't that far from where we already were so all I had to do was get onto a 20 minute train and I would soon be home.

The atmostphere between the 10 of us was horrible, we all knew what was coming. It must be a lot worse for the boys as they have become brothers and haven't left each others sides for the past few months. "So this is it?" Jake said, sadly. "I guess so." Casey said. Slowly we each said goodbye to each other, the boys saying goodbye to each other as I hugged Jake, Chris, Casey, Barclay, Tom, and James first as their trains were the first to arrive. I then said goodbye to Charlie, Charlie was like a little brother to me and I loved him to bits. "I'm going to miss you Millie." He smiled. "I'm going to miss you too Charlie." I said, hugging him as I cried into his shoulder. "Don't cry, I'll see you at the finals, and I'll text you every day and we can facetime and skype and then I'll be seeing you a lot because we've got the tour next year." He said, pulling away from our warm hug. "I know, but I don't like good byes." I said simply. "I can see that." He laughed. "Be careful on the train, ok?" I smiled. "Ok, bye Millie." He said. "Bye Charlie." I hated goodbyes...

I watched as Charlie got on the train and the train slowly departed from the station. Next was Tia. I went over to her and we embraced each other in a hug. "I'll miss you." I said. "I'll miss you too, this time we aren't going to lose contact again. We'll call each other and text each other and I'll see you soon ok?" Tia explained. "Ok." I smiled. Tia knew I didn't like saying goodbye...so instead we made an agreement that we would say see you later instead. "See you later." I smiled. "See you later."Tia repeated, smiling.

Reece was the last person to say goodbye to, this was going to be the hardest goodbye of them all. "I guess this is it then?" Reece smiled, looking down. "I guess this is it...but just for now until I see you again." I smiled. I looked up and so did Reece, his eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips..."Reece...just kiss me." I smiled, crashing my lips onto his and our lips moved in sync with each other. My hands moved up to his hair as his arms snaked around my waist. "Goodb..." Reece started before I interupted placing my finger over his lips. "Don't say goodbye because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting." I smiled. "You're so beautiful." He smiled, looking so innocent. I looked at his big blue eyes and couldn't resist. I placed my lips on his with so much passion, before looking around to make sure no one saw as I remembered that we aren't meant to be in a relationship.

"I'll text you everyday and I'll skype you and facetime you and we'll arrange to meet up a few times at my house and we could go out and stuff if you wanted." Reece said shyly. "And at my house, and that sounds lovely." I smiled. "Ok, then beautiful, text me when you get home and I'll see you at the finals." He smiled, quickly hugging me and giving me a quick peck on the lips. "I love you Millie." Reece said holding my hands in his. Reece just said he loved me...that was the first proper time he's said it. "I love you too Reece." I smiled, pecking his lips. "See you later Reece." "See you later little one." I smiled at Reece's name for me as we went our seperate ways...
