When I turned the corner to the hallway, I heard Amelia and Tunic chatting. "Have you seen the keys to the rover?" Amelia asked. "No, I haven't; where are they?" I forgot I sold the rover to the merchant for some extra cash. I'm planning to build a wall around the base to protect us from anything getting inside our garbage-can-of-a-house. We have a small house, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a small kitchenette, and a living room. Our house on Earth would be considered small at the time, as all of the houses on Earth were 10,000-plus square feet in total.

"Lily, where's the rover?" Amelia questioned. I pondered to myself, Hmm...I  wonder if I  should answer her question honestly or with much sarcasm. Oh what the heck: sarcasm. "Um...so the rover is on the other side of the road...behind the merchant's house...you might want to...uh...look there..." I stuttered. So, she went, across the street. To my amazement, she actually got the rover from the merchant's house.

As I look back into this diary, I might assume that I said that we are the only ones on this planet: I lied. We have a population of about 15,000 people. Since we life far from Downtown Promian, we consider ourselves the only ones here. Downtown Promian is of a calm, hustle-and-bustle type city. There is lots of skyscrapers, jobs, money, pets, anything you can think of, but is a quiet city. Flying cars, buses, light-rail trains, skateboards, carriages, are about what make up the transportation; synthesized food, ice cream pouches, and frozen drinks are only what people eat; everyone is dressed nice and orderly; dogs and cats are on leashes (yes, I said cats); everything is proper. Maybe even too proper.
