chapter 1: The Tickets

My days were long, all I do is work, I hate it. Sometimes I feel like quitting but I can't, I need the money to pay my bills. My life is such a struggle, the only thing that heals my emotional trama is listening to my favorite musical group, pentatonix

Today has been like any other day, stressful. I walk out to my car and climb in. As soon as I put the keys in and turn on my car my phone rings. I struggle to find my cracked phone in my bag, but I find it. I press the answer button and clear my throat, "Hello?" I say to one of my friends as I answer.

"Turn on the radio to channel 93.7, they are about to give away a pair of backstage passes to the Pentatonix concert in our hometown!" my friend basically screamed in my ear.

I quickly ended the call and rushed to put on the radio, lucky for me it was already on 93.7. I got excited to hear that the giveaway wasn't over. A booming voice announced the rules," Please call 555-555-5555 for a chance to win the pair of tickets starting....now!" I quickly typed the number and called, and I was amazed of what I heard.

" Hello lucky caller number 99, may I ask your name?"

I realized he was talking to me and I quickly answered with " That is fine, my name is (y/n)!"

The man on the other end answered with, " Well (y/n), you just won yourself a pair of free backstage passes to the Pentatonix concert, please come to the radio station to receive your prize as soon as possible!"

The call ends and I couldn't be any more happy, I finally get to meet my heroes, Mitch, Scott, Kriste, Kevin and Avi. Oh how I love Avi, he was perfect espically his deep voice that makes you melt.

I soon go to the station to declare my prize. I walk in with a smile on my face, the employees knew I was the one who won the tickets. I go to the receptionist desk and declare my prize. She hands the VIP backstage tickets to me after I answer a couple of questions. I walk out and return to my car and head home.
