Kidnapped

Flashback

Vanessa's P.O.V.

I was waiting for Jason to pick me up from school, he was late again and it was starting to get dark outside.

I sighed out loud deciding to wait for five more minutes or to just walk home, I mean it isn't that far it's just that Jason doesn't like me walking home on my own especially during the winter time when it gets dark very early.

I jumped down from the concrete wall that I was happily sitting on and started my way home. As soon as I'd reached the corner of the street it started to pour down with rain, with each second I was getting wetter and wetter so I took a short cut through the alleyway.

"Where's my money?" I heard a voice say and I hid behind the wall watching in horror at the scene in front of me.

The boy looked exactly like Jason except his hair was more styled, he was holding up a guy and his hands were around his throat.

"I-I d-dont h-have it g-give me a little m-more time" The scared man spoke.

"We dont give second chances" Said the boy who looks like Jason.

He dropped the scared guy onto the floor and took out a gun. He pulled the trigger and I gasped.

Three pairs of eyes landed on mine and I stared back at them in horror. They came towards me and I backed away out of the alley, I ran and ran, I hear their loud footsteps chasing me I built up a little bit more speed till I was back onto the main street.

I stopped to catch my breath there were no more heavy footsteps following me I let out a sigh of relief.

I stepped into my house locking eyes with a pissed of Jason. "Where were you Vanessa?"

"Jason?" I whispered.

"Yes who else would I be?" He said and I hugged him, hugged him tight I didn't want to let go. Tears fell from my eyes.

"Hey kiddo what wrong why are you crying?" Jason pushed me off him and lifted up my chin with his fingers. "What happened?"

I couldn't answer him I didn't know how to tell him I witnessed a murder so I stayed quiet, I stayed quiet just looking into his brown eyes.
