Rosette and Mia both get into class just in time for the test and just as they finished, the teacher collects the test sheets and starts scoring. After she scored the test sheets, she hands them outwhile calling the scores. Each student standing up when they hear their name.
Miss Cecilia: Chris, 100%, Ethan 95%... Wow! I am really impressed Ethan. This is better than the 50% you got last time. A round of applause for Ethan.
Ethan: Thank you Miss Cecilia. [stands and takes a bow and then sits]
Miss Cecilia: Moving on, Lila 99%, Rover 98%, Perry 92%, Isabelle 96%, Rosette 97%, Stephanie 90%, and finally Mia.. [looks at Mia's test sheet and gasps]
Mia: [terrified]
Miss Cecilia: Impossible! It usually takes a student, maximum 10 days to achieve this score but Mia has broken that tradition by scoring 102%. Well done Mia👍.
Mia: [stammering] I..I..I.. did WHAT?!! I can't believe it! It's like a dream come true. [jumps to her feet and twirls and lands back on her feet]. Yayyy!!!!
Miss Cecilia: And to wrap it all up..
Mia has 13 gold stars, Chris has 12 gold stars, Lila has 11 gold stars, Rover has 10 gold stars, Rosette has 9 gold stars, Isabelle has 8 gold stars, Ethan has 7 gold stars, Perry has 6 gold stars, and Stephanie has 5 gold stars. Therefore, the top three students for the week are: Mia 1st, Chris 2nd and Lila 3rd. A round of applause for the three top students. Okay, new everyone, to your various groups.
Mia: [approaches Miss Cecilia] But I don't have a group Miss Cecilia.
Miss Cecilia: That's not a problem, [Teasing] my top student. Chris! Please, kindly help Mia find a group to join, okay?
Chris: Sure. Anything for a fellow top student. C'mon Mia, let's go find the perfect group for you.
Mia: Okay, show do I know which group is right for me? And why is it necessary to join a group?
Chris: It's simply, the group you will join should have something to do with what you are good at life drama, singing, dancing, art and so on. And at the end of every school year, each group does a presentation for the school.
Mia: I see...
Chris: And the best group with the best presentation gets an award and a trophy🏆!
Mia: Wow! Just imagine what it'll be like to own a trophy. [day dreaming] And the best group award and trophy goes to Mia and her group [crowd cheering]. Mia! Mia!! Mia!!!
Chris: Mia! Mia!! Mia!!! What happened back there, are you okay?
Mia: I was just imagining what it would be like to own a trophy, but I am okay.
Chris: Good cuz' I need to know what group you'd like to join, so that I can put your name and register you. So what will it be, dance? drama? science? press? What will it be Mia?
Mia: I am good at dancing and I love classical music, dance group it is! Could you put my name on the dance group list, please Chris?
Chris: Will do Mia. I didn't know you could dance. Could you show me some moves?
Mia: Usually, I dance at home but okay. [exhales] 123, 123, leap, spin, twirl, arabesque and done! What do you think? Good enough for the dance group?
Chris: good enough? It's excellent and outstanding. Well done Mia.
They reach the hall for the dancing group and Chris takes his leave. Mia enters.
