Fallen Hero...

Origin Story

"Eat this." All Might tells young Midoriya, holding a piece of his hair in his fingers to give to the boy in front of him.

The young boy froze, stuttering, "I- uh.. wh- huh??"

All Might held back a sigh, "Young Midoriya, this is how One For All will be passed down to you. Izuku's eyes grew wide, realization kicking in, "You must swallow my hair that contains my DNA, passing the quirk down to you. Do you understand now?" All Might asked, still holding out the piece of hair towards Midoriya.

He nodded his head, "Yes, I get it now All Might!" Izuku exclaimed, grabbing the piece of hair from All Might and putting it in is mouth, gagging, almost throwing it up. Izuku held it down, swallowing the piece of hair.

Izuku let out a sigh of relief, glad that was over.

"So, All Might," Izuku began to ask, All Might still as stone, his smile wide, "do you think I'll be able to get into UA...?" he finished, looking down, moving his feet across the ground.

All Might laughed proudly, "Young Midoriya, I have no doubt in my mind that you will succeed in getting into UA."

As soon as All Mught finished, Izuku bowed to him, tears streaming down his face like a waterfall.

"Thank you for taking a chance on me All Might!! You have no idea how much this means to me. You've been my role model since I was little and I can't believe I'm going to be just like you! I mean, I can finally become a hero and it's all because of you! How-" Izuku was talking a thousand miles per hour, so All Might cut him off,

"Calm down, Midoriya, and snap out of it!" he yelled, Izuku looking up, snapping out of his trance. "I will see you bright and early tomorrow, kid. Don't be late!"

And with that, All Might used what strength he had left for the day to turn back to his hero form, jumping to the nearest building and leaping away. The force of his jump made Izuku's hair blow and the trees began to dance. Midoriya turned around, watching All Might jump away.

"Thank you, All Might..." he whispered to himself, the sun setting before him, stars sprouting through the sky along with the brightest moon he's ever seen.

(A/N: I know that's not how that scene went, but I wanted to put my own spin on it to make this story more my own. Anywho- I hope you'll enjoy the story! Be warned- there will be lots of angst:D Farewell for now!)

THE NEXT DAY...THE ENTRANCE EXAMS

As Midoriya made his way to UA, he couldn't help but walk with a gigantic smile, just like All Might. He was grinning from ear to ear, almost like his face was being torn apart.

No matter what, I will get into UA, and I will make All Might proud! I will prove to him that I deserve to be his successor and that I wasn't just a huge mistake of a choice! Midoriya said to himself, a look of determination on his face and his fist clenched close to his chest, looking down at it.

"UA, here I come..." Izuku said aloud, looking up in front of him to see the large school, and an arched sign with large letters UA engraved in the middle of the arch.

Just as he was about to set foot into UA, and arm came up from behind him and shoved him, and explosion hitting his back and making him fall to the ground, hard.

"Well well, look who we have here. I thought I told you not to show your stupid face, Deku! So what in the hell are you doing here?!" They screamed at the green haired boy on the ground, small explosions emploding from their hand—most likely from their rising anger.
