"No, she has to stay a little late with me and Oliver. Her phones dead, so she asked me to let you know."
Kat grunts in response and the phone call ends.
She then sighs again, not being able to wait much longer. She and Adena haven't had sex all week, both of their schedules have been crazy and they've barely had time to be with eachother, except from quick meals and sleeping beside one another at night. Kat eyes her nightstand once again, this time she gets up and opens the top drawer.
