3rd Person POV

Hinata and Kageyama were practicing their quick attack at morning practice, when Hinata started to lock his gaze onto a distant poster on a tree outside the gym, missing the toss Kageyama threw.

"BOKE! You just missed the ball!"

"Wha- oh sorry! I was daydreaming.. hehe"

"Baka, that's not good enough!"

"Hey! Who you calling a baka!? Bakayama!"

"Hah?! Boke Hinata Boke!"

Hinata and Kageyama started another quarrel in the middle of practice once again.

"There they go again" Daichi sighed

"Hey at least practice is never boring anymore" Suga chuckled

Everyone carried on with the day, but Hinata frequently lost interest in whatever he was doing. Some of the teachers noticed him gazing into the distance, then losing interest and started playing with his pen. They all thought he was just fidgety, since he's such an energetic specimen. But soon he would always lose interest the instant he did something. His English teacher wanted to help him out, but didn't know how. He was marking his work, when he saw the little doodles on the side of the page. He was annoyed that he drew on an assignment but then realized how detailed they ended up being. He finally knew what he could do to help.

"Hinata, can i speak to you?" Sensei asked Hinata, as he was about to leave for lunch.

"Oh, sure sensei!"

They both went and sat down at sensei's desk.

"So Hinata, i noticed how restless you are becoming, your attention span is getting low, and i want to help you."

"Oh, yea i guess, I've started daydreaming a lot too.."

"Well, a few years back, maybe when you were in your first year of Junior High, i taught art."

"Art?"

"Yes art. It requires focus, and attention. There are many different artists. Some artists sketch while others paint. Some have a cartoon style while others more realistic. Its full of possibilities, and gives you a place to put ideas. So, since i want to help you, I'm going to teach you art, after your afternoon practice, to help your attention span."

"But i suck at art, why do you think I'll be any good?"

"Hinata, i see the doodles on the side of your assignments, they have great detail. Once you master sketching, shading and coloring, i will teach you how to paint. And when you can paint, I'll teach you digital art."

"Oh my doodles, i do it when I'm bored, but it is fun. And learning how to draw would help me in creative writing, since I'm technically spilling my ideas on a page or canvas."

"I'll need to ask my mom, to see if she approves, cause she's getting fed up with my short attention span, so I'm sure she's gonna agree"

"Alright then, i take it you have my number from the class group chat?"

"Oh yea!"

"Okay, I'll contact you about the time tables, we'll follow. I may help you on the weekends as well, so just be aware of that. Now, I don't want you to leave your friends waiting for you, so I'll talk to you later"

"Okay, Bye sensei!"

"Bye Hinata"

Hinata ran out the door, immediately seeing Kageyama, who appeared to be waiting for him.

"What did sensei want?"

"Oh, it's just some afternoon classes i have to attend after practice.."

"Hah! Boke! Your so stupid you need extra classes!"

"What was that BAKAyama!"

"Hah!?"

They continued fighting through the rest of lunch. Soon it was afternoon practice. But the conversation he had with sensei, just distracted him even more. Before he knew it, Kageyama threw a volleyball at Hinata.

"Ouch! BAKAyama! What was that for!?" Hinata pouted

"Boke! You were dozing off again!"

"Hey! It's not my fault you're boring!"

"What was that!?"

"You heard me BAKAYAMA"

Soon Kageyama started chasing Hinata around the gym.

"Hinata seems more out of it."
Suga said

"Yea, he was barely paying attention at all back there" Daichi Replied.

Then someones phone beeped. Everyone checked to see if it was theirs, and it turned out to be Hinata's.
