The sound of chains wakes me up. I open my eyes slowly to nothing but red lights filling the room. While my eyes are still blurry from trying to adjust to this new environment, I go to move my hands which I soon find out are chained to the floor to either side. I start to panic a little and try to move my feet. Like my hands, my feet are chained too, and as I look down I notice I am wearing nothing.
My breathing quickens and I start to panic. I pull at all my limbs trying to free them, but these chains are not budging. I pull and pull and pull with all my strength as tears start to stream down my face. My screams echo throughout the room hoping anyone will hear me.
I look at the far concrete wall and notice a steel door. I scream louder and louder hoping someone is on the other side. My throat stops as soon as I see the door open just a bit. No light pours in. I try to look out into the next room but it is pitch black. The door squeaks open more so that it is wide open.
I hear footsteps grow louder and louder coming towards the door. It doesn't sound like one pair though, it sounds like two people. The footsteps stop and I hear snarling just outside in the pitch black dark.
My heart starts to beat faster and faster, and breathing becomes nearly impossible. My eyes grow wide with absolute hopelessness when I see it, the wolf. Heavy footsteps rattle me more as I stare into its glowing red eyes. I scream uncontrollably. Screeching with everything in my lungs.
The wolf pounces onto me and stares straight into me. I close my eyes and try to brace myself for what I know will happen. I feel drool drip onto my face, mixing with my own tears. I let out small whimpers, expecting to die at any point. My body is shaking with fear.
After a few minutes of nothing. I open one eye and notice the wolf is gone. I look around confused and notice a mirror on the ceiling. I slowly move my eyes up to meet my own. I look straight into the mirror and find it, I find the wolf. I look to my hands and see claws. I look to my feet and see claws. I look back up to the mirror and see myself screaming.
