Chapter 18,Help?

Each day, Team 7 (Not including Sasuke), Team 8,Team 9 and Team 10's member would go to the library on their free time. Always studying here and there. Somehow, they managed to get Sakura to help instead of cough cough... 😅

Sasuke was to distracted to noticed his friends not hanging out that much anymore,that his friends were at the library daily but alone.

Now it was their senseis turn to be suspicious. After hearing how the mission from Yamato himself, they couldn't help but wonder what the hell was going on with their former students. Usually they'll see Konoha's 11 at the bbq shop or the dango shop, with now they don't. They'd only see Choji and Shikamaru at the Bbq shop seldom,but other then that, they didn't see anyone.

The lady working at the library doesn't get surprised whenever Konoha's 11 was here, Tsunade was once here so not very surprising.

"What has happened to my youthful students!? If they doing mental exercises they could have told me!"

"I think I have a good idea why they wouldn't tell you, Gai."

"Oh so, please my youth rival! Tell me and shall fix my mixtakes!"

"Sorry I didn't hear you. What did you say,Gai?"

Gai's eye started twitching, annoyed for being ignored. Kakashi was looking up from his so called 'precious book' to Gai, giving him a confused and lazy look. Asuma sweatdropped while having a cigarette in his mouth. Kurenai was holding back her laughter with ease.

The former senseis were grouped up together for a mission. The mission was at the Land of Waves, near where the Great Naruto Bridge was at. The bridge was almost destroyed by some nin and the four had to protect the bridge builders from enemy nin while working.

Asuma, Kurenai and Gai knew that this could affect Kakashi's mental health. All they could do was enlighten things up for him. After all, he lost both his teammates, his sensei, his father, and now, his student.

Kakashi could finally cope with Rin and Obito's death 17 years ago. But then, by luck, his sensei had to die. Not to mention, his wife too. Their son was never revealed to public under Hokage's order so Kakashi couldn't talk or find him.

But his student, Naruto, looked so much like his sensei, acted so much like his mother that Kakashi had mental issues. The whole team 7 was his weakness. Naruto, who acted a lot like Obito, Sakura, who acted a lot like Rin , and Sasuke, who acted a lot like him. And he was was their sensei, although he wasn't a lot like his own sensei.

Now, Sai was a new one. To put it bluntly to what Kakashi thinks of him, he's a emotionness cross dresser who's paints to attack emenies. Then there's that smile too, totally super real. Sai reminded him of Yamato or Tenzo when he was in Root, so no harm done yet.

"Yo."

"Hey, Kakashi, right?"

"Yup. By the way, if I remembered correct, you had a grandson, Where is he now ?"

"You mean Inari,he's working on the bridge already, wanted to get things done quicker. "

"Now that's one youthful spirit of his!"

"Gai, don't jump to conclusions. Sorry about him, he can be a bit... Youthful?"

Kakashi could'nt find the right one to describe his ' eternal rival' behaviour. Tazuna sweat dropped and said it was alright. Great, he to protect a lot of bridge builder taking care of Gai. Just. Great.

The former senseis walked around, introducing themselves to the bride builder while looking around the bridge. Gai was hyperactive since during his last mission, he got injured pretty badly and could go on missions for nearly a month. Kurenai was finding all kinds of sweets to introduce to Anko, her friend. Asuma helped her out while Kakashi read his book.

It was agreed that Kakashi and Gai would take first shift while Asuma and Kurenai would take second. Gai was kicking and punching the air. Kakashi was looking around for enemies unlike someone."Kakashi,my eternal rival, Let's have a match!" Gai said suddenly,"What do we do as match, Gai?" Asked Kakashi.
"It's your turn to pick!" replied Gai. "I pick...."

"Rock, paper, scissor, shoot!"

Kakashi and Gai ended up with playing 'rock, paper, scissor' and somehow Gai agreed to it. Kakashi won every single match while Gai was still determined to win at least once. Once it was midnight, Kakashi volunteered to go get Asuma and Kurenai knowing Gai would probably get lost.

The day smoothly for Kakashi, Gai, Kurenai, and Asuma. But what about Konoha 11? Well, they're stressing out from out of that reading, dying slowly and painfully inside. 😊

Sorry this chapter took so long! U know the reason from the recent chapter, well A/N to be specific. I'll try to write more offen so 🍩 kill meh! (See that pun? Do not? Donut?)
