Light manipulation
Information: can manipulate unnatural light and natural light/sunlight however sunlight is always stronger. User can only store up sunlight and use them whenever and however she wants. Has to wear heatproof gloves if she wants to make light based weapons.
Drawbacks: the user could either get super hyper or super tired.
Star manipulation
Information: can make stars out of thin air by combusting helium and hydrogen. User could also make the stars harder than obsidian and tougher than iron. When the user makes a lot of stars, she makes a beautiful yet dangerous group of shooting stars. *This quirk is stronger at night.*
Drawbacks: dizziness user's guts gets cut and coughs up blood.
Liquid/water related control
Information: could control water, ice, steam as well as turning water into steam/ice. Basically user could change temperature of liquid related products and bend them at will. User can also turn the things she eats/drinks into water that she can use. (User can also melt copper/silver/gold etc)
Drawbacks: hunger/headache.
