Religion-2. Changes and Intoxication

"The governing bodies or groups were soon to be called as 'Religions' and the myths who were supposed to serve as inspirations were followed by these groups would soon be known as the 'Gods of a particular Religion'"

When we human beings love something with all our passion, we tend to ruin it. The same thing happened with religion. It was created to maintain the peace between humans, but things have changed drastically as time passed. When we take a look a look at the religions and religious activities now, all we can see are riots, criminal activities, playing with the emotions of people, terrorism, bloodshed and the list just goes on.

People are using religion to get things done their way, some of them are running entire "secular" countries and are using the major religion to win people to their side. It is not just a particular person or a group, the rest of the potential groups is also doing the same thing. People love so blind heartedly that they don't understand that they are being used by other people who just want to fulfill their alternate motives.

"How is that affecting our path to achieve our purpose?"

Different religion has different inspirations that we are supposed to follow and those inspirations are the Gods and according to the religious heads of the current times we are bound to follow the path of the God. That, is where the problem lies, "We are bound to follow the rules" even though God actually never said anything about binding to their rules, God didn't even make these rules. They were all made by humans, many would disagree on this BUT have you ever seen God write these rules? Did God tell you that he wrote the rules? Did God announce that he wrote the rules?

The answer is 'No', God didn't do any of these. Humans did all of this and as to why they did this is to actually discipline people.

But the rules of religions have been changing and they have changed so much that some people are actually taking advantage of that, by telling people what they should follow and what they shouldn't follow and the best way to do that is 'Religious Books' when people read such books they actually think that the things written in these books are the things that they should do but there is also the other side, the people there think that some things do not make sense in these books, they try to aware people about this but are shunned as 'Traitors' by the so called 'Religious Heads'.

It has become so easy to start a riot in the name of religion and many people do that to achieve certain goals, all one needs to do is tell one religious group that the other group was talking bad and crude things about them, and there you have it, en number of people are killed in these riots, thousands of injured people, destruction of property and chaos all over. People want to build a religious place instead of a hospital, even though God never said "Pray to me! Give my 'sculptures' huge homes."

People pay huge amounts of money for materialistic things like the religious places and sculptures, but won't pay attention to the needy. These 'Religious Books' will have 170 pages of "Why one shouldn't eat a particular type of meat" instead of writing "How every God existing has always helped the needy and the homeless."

Why would "The God", the creator of the entire universe need a place made by us? Why will he need food offered by us? Wouldn't he be happy if we feed the people dying of hunger instead? Most people do these things to pay their respects towards God, but feeding sculptures instead of the hungry is really disrespectful.

Terrorism is taking place in the name of religion, in some religions, people are taught that chaos and killing a certain group of people will lead you to heaven. This mostly happens in international terrorism, where people are told that God said "Killing the people of this particular country or group will fulfil one's purpose and that it will surely lead one to heaven."

People are being strayed away from their purpose, so much that they are committing sins in the name of religion, and the people who are actually manipulating people to commit sins in the name of religion are just watching the show from behind the shadows. They have made people so sensitive about religion that if we criticize religion, even a little bit we will surely get death threats or suffer something even worse than that.

This is the peak of human greed and this is also an example of how things change as time changes and how we humans as a species can manipulate other species as well as our fellow beings.

'Religion' which was actually created for helping us in achieving our purpose, is now standing in front of us an obstruction and has just become a means of utter chaos, destruction and toxicity.
