Will it be enough to change her mind?

Ginny's Pov:
I was sitting I my room on my bed Luna was sitting on the bed also, we were talking but she kept zoning out. It was weird but I ignored it.
"Ginny do you really like Harry so much?" She asked me. I looked at her confused.
"Well yeah." I said
"Why?" I asked her.
"No reason." She answered. But the truth was I didn't like him that much, I'd developed something for her I just didn't know what it was. I looked her up and down.
"Is it getting hot or is it just me?" I asked her all of a sudden, as I got up and opened a window. 
"Yeah it's so hot in here I'm just realizing it." She agreed. We both started sweating like crazy! I could see she had something on her mind I just couldn't figure out what it was.
"What's wrong?" She asked me.
"Oh nothing, just hot, maybe it's cooler in the living room." I said. She looked at me confused
"You can go I'll stay here." She answered. I just nodded and went into the living room. After a bit Charlie came out.
"Hey Ginny, what are you doing?" Charlie asked me.
"Charlie can I ask you something?" I asked ignoring his question.
"Yeah sure." He said as he sat down next to me.
"What happens if you like your friend but you aren't sure if they like you back but you've just started developing the feelings?" I asked.
"Ummm you go tell them you like them, and if they don't like you, then so be it if they do, go for it start dating see where that leads." He told me then walked away confused. I ran into my room, and couldn't find Luna but she had a diary out! I had to look in it just for a second.
"Her smile lights up the world, her fierce ambition to do anything, she is determined to set records, and is a joy to everyone she's around, every time I see her I want to kiss her, but she doesn't feel the same. So I will write it all down but no one can see, I love her, I love Ginny." She has wrote I stared at it for a long time, then the door started to open I put it back and looked at Luna as she opened the door.
"Hey Ginny." She said as she sat down, I stared at her for the longest time which she was very confused about, then I knew what I had to do. I looked her up and down. I grabbed her pulled her in and kissed her.
