Toxins, healing effects, and physical strength can be enhanced by any plant produced from the user's body. The fruit, similar to Katakuri's, can transform the user entirely into plants, although this effect is more permanent than his. A user can release poisons to hurt or kill mass numbers of people, as well as speed up recovery time for allies, or just enhance themselves physically. The fruit ranges in usefulness based on the user's creativity, and can potentially become harmful on a global scale. Though the fruit's abilities are weaker against other elements such as fire/ice. When awakened, the user gains mastery over nearby plants.

"There," the blonde slipped the last bandage back into place. The old ones were covered in dried blood so new ones had been needed, especially after treatment.
Flore had tended to every injury Katakuri had received, and gave the man two days time until he would make a full recovery. It was then that he remembered a sudden pressing issue.
"I've got orders to do you win!"
"It's the guy from the wanted posters!"
"She put them all over Totto Land."
Flore stood near the window, looking outside towards the street. He didn't like the idea of having wanted posters out, especially recent ones.
"Why are there wanted posters of me around Totto Land?" Flore asked Katakuri, turning back to him.
Katakuri sat on the edge of the bed, looking over at Flore. "She put them up after our fight. Now that Luffy managed to defeat me she wants his head."
"Is there a way to take them down?" Flore asked. "Your brother, Oven, came looking for me at my island. If I hadn't handled him then there could have been serious problems."
"You fought against him?" Katakuri asked.
"I poisoned him enough to knock him out for a few days before dropping him off somewhere a few islands back," Flore explained. "I don't have the luxury of seclusion from the public anymore, whether it's pirates or the world government. People coming after me could ruin my plans."
"And what do you want me to do about it?" Katakuri asked. "She already has plans to take up posters of all enemies of our family, with shipments heading out to Wano as we speak."
Flore went pale. "Wano? The country?"
"Yeah."
Flore had seized up, realizing the severity of the situation. Images of Sunset Island being destroyed by those seeking out rewards for his head began to haunt him. His hard work, his staff, the place he worked so hard to perfect would be gone.
"What if it becomes more than just Charlotte Oven? What if Big Mom comes in the end? If the posters reach Wano... then even the Yonko Kaido could send out bounty hunters at his disposal to kill me off?" Flore thought, being damned by "what ifs".
"That can't happen," he finally spoke. "I need to make sure no one has it out for me."
"And what will yo-
"Me do? No," Flore pointed at Katakuri.
"You have access to Big Mom. You can tell her that you learned that I died horribly or something," Flore ordered. "With my responsibilities... I can't ruin the peaceful life I've created on Sunset Island."
Katakuri accepted it. He could contact her and relay that Flore was deceased, as he felt he owed the man for helping heal him.
"What about the other posters," Flore remembered. "The ones headed to Wano. Are they still here in Totto?"
"The ship had already left yesterday."
"Damnit," Flore hissed. Those posters could bring an end to everything for him. He had no way of tracking the ship's location and even while flying over the ocean would never be able to locate the ship he's never seen before.
"Do you know where the posters are headed in Wano?" He asked, becoming more serious by the second.
The short red-haired man pondered a minute at the question. "To the Flower Capital, so they can then be distributed throughout the country."
"It would be days before the ship would get there.." Flore thought aloud. "But... I could stop it.. no no.. I would have to be there to destroy the shipment."
"You're not really planning on heading to Wano?" Katakuri slowly stood. He could tell that Flore had made up his mind on the matter, and decided to offer friendly advice.
"Wano is dangerous, especially the Flower Capital. You can't just walk in or sneak by undetected," he warned the blonde man.
"I can't just sit by and allow an entire country to come after my head," Flore retorted back. "Even with my skills there could still be trouble if anyone shows up on my island. I have a business and staff to take care of."
Flore suddenly came across an ingenious thought.
"You," Flore looked Katakuri straight in the eyes. "I had heard.. that Big Mom conceived an alliance with Kaido from what Oven told me back at Sunset Island."
Katakuri's eyes widened. "She did? I knew she left and tried to take him down. I wasn't aware of an alliance."
"Is she still in Wano?"
"She hasn't returned."
"Then.. You could take me there!" Flore commanded of the man. Katakuri stayed silent, knowing whatever he said or didn't say would only drag out Flore's reasoning.
"If Wano and Totto Land are under alliance, then you could be admitted to enter the Flower Capital with me as your guest," Flore paced around the room. "If I can just stay there a few days, I can locate where the shipment is being held and we can subdue it from being spread. It could actually work!"
