After the Student Council meeting, I went back to the cafeteria for lunch. Besides, it was lunch time, and I was hungry from screaming across the auditorium. Grabbing a sandwich and a cup of tea, I sat down with Pepper, Paper, Pickle, Balloon, Bomb, and him.
"Dude! I'm so hungry, I could eat myself!" Pickle shouted, grabbing some pasta.
"Yeah, that meeting took forever. Who knew that Taco would run for President?" OJ sighed, shaking his head.
"Bruh, that's cannibalism, Pickle! Cut the cameras!" Bomb yelled.
"But, that meeting was so boring. Like, you couldn't have said you'd enjoyed it." Pepper explained, while twirling a piece of spaghetti around.
"Yeah. Say, Pepper, we should go after school and buy a new comb." I said.
"Yeah. Says the one who totally stole it."
"I did not steal it! I only disposed of it."
"Sure, Salt. SURE."
"Ugh, you don't understand."
We spent most of lunch chatting about random stuff, like how Disney Princesses aren't that empowering, how Pickle ate his first girlfriend, and sung the Pokemon theme song.
"GOtTA CATCH EM ALL! POKEMON! Whew, that was fun..." OJ sighed, packing up his bag to go to his next class.
"Yeah, it was..."
I then noticed that OJ had dropped his pen on the ground. It was one of his favorite pens, too! It was a simple blue pen, but I saw it and made my move.
Picking up the pen from the floor, I saw Pepper staring back at me, with a cold stare on her face. She stared into my soul, like I wasn't just picking up a random pen
Drop the pen, Salt.

"Aah!" I screamed while holding the pen.
"Uh...Salt? Are you ok?"
"Oh...yeah. Never better."
Pepper and I held hands and walked down the hallway. On the way to class, we saw Baseball, Nickel, and Suitcase handing out flyers. Being as curious as I was, I went up to Baseball and wanted to see what was going on.
"We're holding a costume party at the school. This Friday, tonight. And, if you donate money, you'll get a special treat from Nickel and I!"
"Sounds fun! I'll try to come!"
