Lisa Cavanaugh stopped when she heard the alarm go off then took off as fast as she could. She could have gotten away if a large guard hadn't stepped in her path.

Judy entered the office when she heard a mysterious noise. She saw her husband lying on the floor, clearly passed out. She ran to him, screaming his name to no avail. "Russell! Russell!"

He stayed unconscious.

She looked around to see what would have made him fall out. The only thing remotely close was his cell phone, which was on the floor by his knee. She picked it up. "Hello?! Hello?!"

"Hello?" A woman's soft tone answered.

Judy immediately jumped to conclusions. "Who is this?"

"Is this Mrs. Fabray?"

"Yes...?" This woman knew there was a Mrs. Fabray? Was she a bold woman or simply someone who wasn't leading her husband astray- again?

"This is Dana Cavanaugh and we have much to talk about."

Russell paced.

Judy sipped her drink, needing one after the conversation she'd just had.

"We don't have to do anything."

"Russell."

"We can ignore it."

"Russell."

"I'm so sorry." He turned to view her.

She bowed her head. "What's done is done."

He shook his head then returned to pacing. "Not if we-"

"Pretend you didn't father another child?"

He winced. Hearing it aloud hurt.

"The truth of the matter is that you have another child out there. You cannot escape that fact. You can't ignore her as if she doesn't exist."

"But-? How-?" He was at a loss.

She took a deep breath. "We'll deal with this as a family."

His everything cringed. "They'll never forgive me!"

"Who?" She knew who.

"The kids!" He was starting to panic.

She sipped her scotch, not even liking dark liquor.

He began pacing faster. "They'll never forgive me for this."

She sipped again.

"Especially Lucy and Sugarfoot."

She could admit Quinn and Maddie were spoiled.

He did not relish this. "Are you sure they must know?"

"Russell." She was tired of his pity party when his infidelity was slapping her in the face- again.

He dropped into his desk chair and put his head in his hands. "Marcus and Michael will never let me live this down."

She could admit the lecture from Marcus would be scathing but Michael would make jokes. Both would keep it up until they were made to stop. She took another sip, getting dangerously low.

"And Mother!" He rolled his eyes. "She was so displeased with me! She'll never forgive me!"

She wiggled a bit, the scotch starting to hit. "She may not."

"And the lectures from Father!" He groaned. "He will never stop!"

"Perhaps." She hiccuped.

"And that damned Jonathan! He's never made a mistake!"

"Mistake?" She lowered her glass.

"He's so holier than thou! And Constance with her sharp barbs!"

"Mistake?!" She grew loud.

He lowered his hands and blinked at her. "What?"

She shot up and threw the glass at a wall. "Mistake!"

His navy eyes widened. He'd had a feeling she was going to unleash her fury but foolishly hoped he'd be nowhere around. "I apologize-"

"Stop apologizing when you don't mean it!"

He stood up (staying his distance) and put his hand over his heart. "I do mean it. I am so very sorry I hurt you. Then and now. I'm sorry I did what I did and I'm sorry there are more repercussions that are being forced on you. I apologize."

She hated that his words swayed her. "Call the kids." She wobbled out.

He bowed his head, really feeling like doing something stupid. But he'd actually learned from his past actions and wouldn't. He sat back in his chair and picked up the landline.

Dana Cavanaugh knocked on the door of her eleven year old's room before opening the door. "Sweetie?"

"I'm sorry, okay?" Lisa was lying on her bed, arms crossed with a scowl on her maturing face.

"Sweetie, I know but we have to talk."

"It was just a bracelet." Lisa sat up. "They took it back. So it wasn't like I actually stole it."

Dana was used to her daughter splitting hairs. She crossed the tiny room and sat on the small bed. "We have to talk about your father."

Lisa frowned. "You want to?"

Dana nodded her blonde head. "We need to."

"But he died before I was born. You say it makes you too sad to talk about him."

Dana hated this. "I'm so sorry, baby but I lied."

"What?" Lisa didn't understand.

"I lied." Dana gulped. "Your father is not dead."

"What?!" Lisa couldn't believe it. "Why would you say that?!"

"He's not dead. He's married."

"Married?" Lisa repeated. "How?!"

"Remember how I told you babies came from mommies and daddies who love each other very much?"

Lisa nodded.

"I loved him and I thought he loved me back. But he was married to another woman and they had children."

"What?! What?!" Lisa got up to pace.

Dana nodded.

Lisa began twirling her blonde hair around her index finger, pulling. "I can't believe this! You're like those women from TV!"

"What women from TV?" Dana was apprehensive.

"The ones who take men from their families! Home-breaker!"

"It's homewrecker and I didn't know he was married until I got pregnant with you."

Lisa scoffed.

"Lisa Heather Cavanaugh!" Dana knew her child was feisty with a mouth on her but this was too rude! Even for her!

"I bet you knew but didn't care!" Lisa raged. "I bet they know all about me and hate me! Because of you! I hate you!"

That hurt. Dana stood up. "We both agreed that you should visit for the summer."

"I'm not going anywhere!" Lisa flopped onto her bed, face first.

Dana huffed. Lisa was a trial. "We think you need this."

Lisa screamed before lifting her head. "I can't wait to be away from you!"

That broke Dana's heart and she ran out quickly before she broke down in tears.
