Lisa was outdone by the display her family put on for Xindi's birthday. She'd never seen such disposable income before.

For her part, Xindi hadn't either.

It was a good birthday with good food and good games and a great theme. Maroon 5 played and Lisa and Xindi lost their minds.

Lisa wondered if this was because Xindi turned sixteen...

It was not.

Cerise's birthday was next and was just as splendid. Everything sparkled. The newly turned five year old was ecstatic.

Lisa was jealous. She wanted a party like this. She seriously wanted to know what was going to happen when her birthday came in October.

The boys turned four and had a joint party again but with different themes. Mike-Mike was just like Mally and loved cars so his half of the party was all about cars. But Cai got his love of poetry from his father, too. It was probably why all the girls in their class was in love with the stormy eyed Asian.

All the girls in their class surrounded Cai as he read poetry aloud.

Mercedes did not like this.

Quinn was conflicted. Part of her was happy her son would have his pick of women but she just didn't want him to pick any.

Beth was unsure if she liked it either. She loved Cai as much as she couldn't stand Mike-Mike. Did she have to share her baby brother with other girls that weren't family?

Mike, on the other hand, was super proud of both his sons, who had admirers. He danced with Henry. "You gotta get big so you can have women, too."

The baby gurgled.

Valentino's birthday went much like Cai's half. He was a sensitive little boy, excited to turn four. All the girls wanted to be with the Chang brothers.

Mike was walking on air.

Mercedes and Quinn were not.

Sam, Artie and Arnold were fearful for the little girls.

Mike assured them that nothing would happen to the babies. He just wanted to gloat.

"Well my sons are gettin attention!" Artie argued.

Arnold frowned. "My son can recognize himself in the mirror."

"Ha! Can a girl recognize him?!"

Arnold kicked Artie's tire.

"Don't be mad cuz my little cuz is too little to have paramours."

"Aidan isn't alone!" Sam wanted his son to be in this, too.

Vic shook his head. "You guys are doin too much."

"That's because you only have two daughters with three sons." Artie shook his head. "Your boys are going to make you proud while those girls are going to- oh right. You're already bald."

Mike and Arnold snickered as Sam's jaw dropped. "Artie!"

Vic ran a hand over his bald head. "Ling is tough. I don't know what dude is going to be able to control her."

"Sol is just like Mercy when she's pregnant; mean." Mike grumped.

"Ana is as crazy as her Ama." Artie threw in.
