The private plane touched down in Greenland and the travelers disembarked the flight. They went to the cars they'd called ahead for and got inside to go to a hotel.

Everyone was quiet as there was not much to celebrate, even though they were there to see family and have fun.

After checking in, most people went to sleep as it'd been a long flight and an emotionally tiring weekend. Laura went to see Marcy and stayed with the Chang family for a few hours.

Lisa was bunking with Maddie and SteJ. But she wanted to be with Marcy. "I want to see Marcy."

"I know but she's resting right now." Maddie rocked her son, who was stressed from all the emotions radiating from the adults.

Lisa didn't care. Then realized how selfish that was. She climbed in her bed and faceplanted her pillow.

Maddie sighed. "We do things as a family." Whether they were good things or not didn't matter. "We'll handle this as a family."

Lisa wondered if that included her.

‪Around three P.M., the family subconsciously decided to go to the fairgrounds so they could see family. A woman sat at a table with boxes of t-shirts surrounding her. She also had piles of sticky name cards on the table along with a clipboard. "Name and size please."‬

Everyone gave their given names and shirt sizes to her and received a name card and shirt.

Lisa couldn't read her shirt but it said Fabanges Family in Italian. It was a light blue and she put it on over her main shirt.

The group walked onto the fairgrounds and saw it looked like any other time the large clan got together. There were booths set up everywhere, hocking foodstuffs and tchotchkes from differing countries.

No one quite wanted to split up but Marcy walked off to a picnic table and sat with Yleana on her lap.

The others didn't want to crowd her so they went to find other things to do- close-by.

Laura didn't care and sat with Marcy with Melody on her lap.

Mal took a few of the kids and Ellen to get food.

Lisa wanted to be with Marcy and Laura so she went to sit with them but neither said anything. Would she have to bring it up?

Laura spoke before the eleven year old could open her mouth. "I think we should talk."

Marcy looked up from Yleana, who was falling asleep against her mom's bosom. "What?"

"I think we should talk." Laura repeated.

"About what?"

Laura tried not to cry. "Marc and I are thinking of moving."

"Where?"

Lisa looked between them. Wen was right.

Laura's lips trembled lightly. "To Milan."

"Why?" Marcy's face hardened.

"I miss you."

The anger melted from Marcy's face. She knew Laura was lying but she sort of appreciated it.

Little did she know, Laura was not lying. She did miss her younger siblings. Even Mike. "I have enough exposure to be able to get work easily there."

"You want to watch me."

Laura pouted. "I can't do both?"

"I wish people would stop lying to me."

Laura tried not to cry. She looked at Lisa. "Go play."
