Dangerous Love

Chapter One

5:00 in the afternoon...

"Do you take Harvey as your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?" Asked the Priest.

"I do." I answered with all my heart and put his ring on.

Suddenly, I realized he was already mine and I'm his. I couldn't explain the joy in my heart, no words could define it.

As the priest repeat those words to Harvey, I shared with him my sweetest smile to express how happy I am at the moment. His warm hands makes me feel at ease.

"I do." He answered with his honey deep voice and put on my ring.

"You may now kiss the bride."

Of course, the most waited part of the wedding ceremony. He pulled up the veil and kiss me gently.

Our wedding was held on a cruise ship and only invited guest can join. To be honest, this is not what I imagined to get married at. It was luxurious and private. Moving on to the reception, I changed my wedding dress to a plunge neckline side slit long red dress showing my alluring body. This is my night and I want all eyes on me, specially my husband.

I was swirling and turning around to appreciate my dress then I heard a knock on my door. As I opened the door, I saw Harvey standing outside the door. He's posture was luscious, he's one hand on his pocket and he's hair was perfect, I couldn't say more. He looks formal but sexy on his unbuttoned navy blue slim fit tuxedo jacket, showing the buttoned cream vest lined with black over a cream shirt and navy blue bow tie. I will not miss a day waking up beside him.

"Hi there." I said giving him a seductive smile and stare. My hand on my waist, other on the door knob.

I hold onto his shoulders as he pulled me on my waist and run his other hands on my cheek to my chin. He pulled my face up and moved his face close to mine. I could feel the warm of his breath and the aroma of his manliness.

"I want more. Surprise me Jade." He whispered on my ear and kissed me on my neck. Lure me and I'll take the bait just for him.

It gave me an electrifying feeling and I liked it. The way he said my name, it's seductive. He stands back and stared at me. I was speechless and surprised, it was alluring. He then take my hand, put it on his arm and we walk back to the party.

As we are walking towards our seat, the host of the party welcomed us.

"Here comes the bride and groom! Let's give a round of applause to the newly wedded couple."

It was overwhelming.

I couldn't stop smiling.

The host gave me the mic.

"Thank you friends for coming and, of course, our parents for supporting us with our relationship. This wedding couldn't happen if not for your support. Thank you so much."

My tears fell down then Harvey took the mic from me and said.

"Enjoy the party."

Tommorow will be a new chapter of my life. I will be living with my husband and not alone anymore. Ever since I turned adult I left home to find an apartment. I'll be living with my partner for the rest of my life.

He led me to our parents table.

"You both look wonderful, darling." His mother complimented us. She stands up and gave me a cheek to cheek.
