"Mingyu, tell me..." Yi-soo stated as she twirled her pen around in her hand, "On a scale from 1 to 10, how bad would it be for our score this year if we skipped this essay."

Mingyu stopped typing and looked at her with dead eyes and a tired expression, "100, we can't attend lectures unless we turn this in, and we need to attend lectures to pass this class. We need to pass this class to pass this year. We need to pass this year to get our degrees." His voice was very monotone as if he had repeated himself many times.

His words unlocked a groan from his female companion, and she banged her head on the table with frustration, "Alright, alright I get it. Geez, I'll get back to work you dead lay."

"How do you know I'm a dead lady?" Mingyu rolled his eyes at her as she picked up her pen and started scribbling down notes again.

"Because..." Yi-soo paused for a second, as she sorted her thoughts, "You sound like one." She concluded simply.

Mingyu let her words slide past him and focused back on his work, everything seemed to go pretty well for a short ten minutes until Yi-soo once again banged her head on the table and claimed, "This is pointless. Education is pointless. My life is pointless. I'm going to become a stripper instead."

"With what confidence?" Mingyu snorted out loud at the absurd idea, and Yi-soo gasped at him with a taken aback expression until it dawned on her that he had just burned her to the point of smoking.

Yi-soo narrowed her eyes and threw her pen at him, which caught him off guard and made him almost headbutt his laptop, "With the same confidence you dance with." She sneered at him.

"Touché," Mingyu mumbled as he rubbed his neck and picked up her pen, and handed it back to her, "Okay, let's make a deal!" He said as he didn't let go of the pen, "If you finish your part of the essay, I'll reward you with something nice."

"Something nice?" Yi-soo's ears perked up when she heard that as her eyes started twinkling and Mingyu suppressed a sly grin, finding it quite amusing how easily she had fallen for his trap...

- Male dorms -

"Where am I?" Were Kairi's first thoughts as soon as she woke up to an unfamiliar smelling blanket and view. As a person who was very sensitive to smells, the moment her senses had returned to her an alarming feeling had crept up in her chest, "Did someone abduct me whilst I was asleep?"

It was an understatement to say that she was relieved to hear a familiar voice as she soon as she sat up in the bed, "Oh...you're awake!" Jaehyun appeared in her sight and Kairi felt herself relax at the mere sight of his smile.

She blinked a few times to clear up her thoughts and gaze but, still could not make sense of the situation. If she remembered correctly she had still been in study room when Jaehyun had found her.

As if he sensed her confusion, Jaehyun hurried to clear up the situation, "I brought you here after you almost passed out in the study room. When I asked to bring you to your room, you told me about your dorm mate."

Kairi slowly started nodding her head along as everything started making sense, and she suppressed a yawn when another realisation hit her, "Oh my god, is this your bed?!"
